okay well i have seen in many things so far that a powerful force will have seven different members or bodies each with a different specialization
pain from naruto, oracion six from fairy tail, the homunculi from fullmetal alchemist
so i decided to use them for the good guysish
but i cant figure out what to make them specialize in
so far i have life and death

Ok, if I got it right, you want to divide a great power between several characters...
Well... I don't know...
- Life - white magic, healing etc.
- Death - black magic, like curses, diseases etc.
- Nature - elemental magic, like fire, water etc.
- Illusion - illusions, mind control etc.
- Shift/Dislocation (or something like that) - teleporting, summoning stuff etc.
- Transformation - like transforming anything, including own body into something else
- Close combat
Something like that, maybe...

The four elements? The five elements?
Or, in a setting like Eberron, the planes.

You could copy Shendue and use the animals of the Eastern Zodiac (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/EasternZodiac). (Or the the Western Zodiac (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/WesternZodiac) for that matter)
Or The Four Gods (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TheFourGods).
