GIMP isn't drawing?

Hey guys, for some reason, whenever I try to draw on the canvas, the black line that I'm drawing doesn't appear, this also applies to the pen tool and the fill bucket.

I'm not sure what could be causing that.
Make sure that the pen is exactly how it should be, i.e. right colour, thickness, opacity, etc.
Try downloading and installing it again. That sometimes sorts out weird problems.
Sometimes, if you have an old version it mucks stuff up.Try updating it.

Haven't got experience with GIMP, but make sure you haven't got a selection somewhere or aren't trying to draw on a masked or invisible layer.
