Costume help?

So I'm working on a sort of fallen angel costume and will be making bloody stumps where the wings have been removed. Does anyone have experience with liquid latex or an idea of a more suitable product to use?

The basic idea is to create a clay mold, coat it in latex, shape latex, add feather and blood as necessary. I'm not entirely sure of how to get a bone to protrude and am severely lacking in technique as this is my first try with something like this. Help and recommendations are appreciated.

try styrofoam and paper mache. At least that's what I think.

Anways, bones are best made of plastic, polystyrene (styrofoam to yanks) or wood and attached to a frame of some sort.

Basically, google instructions on how to make angel wings (there's quite a few guides about) and just skip some of the steps. :smallbiggrin:
