What Happened to Population: Zero?

I recently found this comic (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=83832)on among these wonderful forums, but it seems to have ended unfinished. Did the author just give it up? Did something happen to him? Or did he move it to another site? I'd appreciate any info you guys could give me.

The author is definitely ever-eager to continue it, there's a lot of story already planned for Pop: Zero.
