Requesting homebrews: ToB Archery

Hello everyone, I come before you representing the bleach d20 classes (http://bleachd20-classes.proboards.com/index.cgi) team. We are currently looking for a suitable discipline for quincys (spiritual archers, if you don't know the series) and since Wizard didn't see fit to include one as standard, we turn to you fine people.

so, anyone got/seen a good archery discipline out there that you wouldn't mind us using in our sourcebook?
