A request for homebrew!

I'm looking for a couple of things;

1) Firearms for 3.5 - Not for muskets and such, but for Victorian-ish era firearms I.E. Revolvers, repeater rifles, that kind of thing.

2) An LA +0 sort of Genasi race. Something elementaly themed but without LA.

Now if these things exist, please link them to me! But if they do not, would someone be willing to make these for me? Fabulous cash prizes!

d20 Modern has contemporary and old firearms, just trawl through the lists.
