There's been a lot of times where a character gives a speech like "Whenever there's a ____________, I'll be there" and repeats that with new things in the blank each time; usually it's done as a joke, with fairly goofy things there. It all seems to be a parody on some original quote, and Im wondering if anyone knows where the original was from?

The quote can be found in the 28th chapter of the book itself.
