Turn Undead classes for RKV?

IS there a place to find all of the Classes and PrCs that give turn undead?

There are a few methods to get TU via feats as well:

Necromantic Bloodline + Kin Mastery (Dragon Compendium).

Defeat a hippo (Blessed of Temet-Nu, Sandstorm), then take the Planar Touchstone feat, link it to the Catalogues of Enlightenment -> Sun Domain (Planar Handbook), convert your Turn Hippo attempts into a Greater Turn Undead.

Or just take Planar Touchstone and grab the Sun domain power from the Dragonlance Campaign Setting: TU as a cleric, no fuss/muss.

So the Sun Domain will let me use Turns that wouldn't normally count for RKV?

Technically I also forgot Paladin but I have never played a DN or Pally so I didn't remember.
