The Tick :I
There's also at least one much older Hulk movie, and I think there was one for The Flash although I could be getting mixed up with Flash Gordon, and I'm not sure whether he's a superhero. Also Unbreakable.

Batman: Mask of the Phantasm. The only bit of the amazing DCAU to make it to theaters.
And I suppose since you have the Incredibles, Megamind needs to be added as well

Batman 1966. Oh yes.
Oh, and I don't see Supergirl on the list.

There is a shocking lack of Steel on the list.

Something that would be useful for such a list, I think, is to have the date for each film next to the name - it'll help to avoid confusion, especially where they're not being listed in chronological order of release (as with the Batman films, for instance).
In any case, some more for you:
Blade (1998); Blade 2 (2002); Blade: Trinity (2004)
Fantastic Four (2005); Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007)
Hellboy (2004); Hellboy 2 (2008)
Watchmen (2009)
Hancock (2008)
Constantine (2005)
Unbreakable (2000)
Superman and the Mole Men (1951)
If you count them as superheroes, which I would, there's also:
The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003)
Flash Gordon (1980)
and debatably Scott Pilgrim vs The World.

I'm pretty sure there were at least two Punisher movies. One of them had John Travolta in it.
There was also The Phantom (starring Billy Zane) and The Shadow (starring Alec Baldwin).
I think Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles technically counts as a super hero team. There have been 4 movies in that series so far.
This is probably an impossible task. I'd bet that there were dozens of low-budget superhero flicks in the 1950 that nobody here ever even heard of. Maybe hundreds--and that's just if you restrict it to English-language cinema.
Heck, if Tarzan counts, there's probably been at least 50 Tarzan films out of Hollywood alone.

I think the first question here is how you define Superhero exactly. Because if you just count people being a) heroic and b) having supernatural powers, you can put a few thousand wuxia movies to that list.

If you count serials as 'films', there's many examples even older than all but Zorro in that list.

If Tarzan counts, then according to Wiki, there are 89 films with Tarzan in the title--and there might be more featuring the character that don't have his name in the title.

you too, though I'm not sure a few of those are really "superhero" even if they are Toku.
THe Kamen Rider films
The Sentai Films (including the sentai "VS" films
The Ultraman Films
The few Gekko Kamen Films.
Personally I wouldn't count ninja turtles as superheroes, just comic book characters.

Weird goo mutates them and gives them super strength, then they go on to fight crime and supervillains. Looks like a textbook case to me.

fighting crime and "supervillains" (little of what they face fits that archetype either) was never their prime concern though, just something they did because the stuff came to them (or in the case of the shredder because of a pseuo-blood feud). Heck they were really more characters caught up in a perpetual gang war and trying to get along.
Further, that's more a textbook case of a scifi adventure series.
About the only series they really ARE pretty likely quantifiable as superheroes is the 1980's cartoon, and even that was pushing it unless we're going to argue every adventure serial protagonist ever was a superhero.

These three are arguable about whether or not they really belong in the 'superhero' category, but they're fun nonetheless.

Griff the Invisible (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1509803/)
There was a fourth movie I was going to add, something about a teenager with burns whose mom was killed when he was young so he became a vigilante or something, but I don't remember the name of the movie. Ah well.
Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1227926/) count?
Edit: Looks like Bhu had a couple of these on his list, well-played Bhu.

In comparison to humans, they don't have super powers really. They have skills attainable by human beings, and they have speed and strength and agility of... a human being.
But compaired to a turtle? It's like Godzilla VS Normal people.
But I agree. Not really a genuine super hero group, or at least not one easily defined as one without really moving the fenceposts on what constitutes a super hero.
