Since the original ones where deleted here's one for everyone.

Also, as Serakus_DeSardis pointed out, since any throat slitting feats are likely to be broken I decided to play up that theme.

Slit Throat
You've trained all your life as a deadly assassin and now others lives are your playthings.
Prerequisites: Sneak Attack
Benefits: As an attack action you may slit your opponents’ throat. This requires a successful opposed dexterity check. You get a +1 bonus per die of sneak attack damage on this check.
Normal: You’re as unable to slit a throat as you are stake a vampire.
Special: If your opponent has more than one head this only kills one of them.
