Player Race template?

Is there any templates for creating playable races? In that case, I would like to know where to find them.

Theres a section in the DMG about making player races. If your converting a monster, check out Savage Species. It has a whole chapter dedicated to Players as Monsters.

Otherwise, check out the homebrew threads at the top of this page. It should yeild some results.
