A question about Inkspace..

I have a little question about Inskspace, i've just started to work with this program and i want to upload something, but i can save my works only with a name of a file that i can't upload (for example file.SVG) so how can i change the name so i can upload it?

You don't upload the InkScape file, you go into it and press Cntr+E to open up the export panel. That produces a .png which you can upload.
