Drawing and General Artistry

I like drawing, especially as it forms the basis for watercolour painting, another of my favourite art forms. However, for my life I can't draw people. So I was wondering if anyone had found a tutorial (online or book, preferably free) on how to draw realisic people?

I do know how to draw people realisticly.... unfortunatly I don't know any online tutorials, have you tryed seaching it on google? Always helps me find stuff.
