somthing wrong with inkscape.

when i try and make a circle and add the stroke it makes the circle but it draws a line that goes through half way like a closed pac man mouth. can you guys tell me how to fix it?

Push F5 and click the button that says "Closed Circle". That should solve the issue.

when i export as a bitmap it always makes the drawing blury. can anyone tell me how to prevent this.

Try increasing the "pixels at [Number] dpi" portion of the Export Bitmap box.

Also, don't open a new thread when an old one will do.
