freebible, initiative usually isn't put in a spoiler since both players require to know the others initiative in order to asteblish who goes first. In this case, both of you have rolled a 9 and both of you have a +3 modifier so that makes it a perfect tie. Please reroll initiative or flip a coin or something like that.

Only the waiting room I'm afraid. If you don't want your opponent to know your tactics then ask the question in a spoiler that says 'don't read this ____'. The honor system is the only reassurance. However, you could always PM a High Ref who is good with RAW (Kyeudo, Mavian, Bronz, ect.).

According to Seribro (who made the map) the water rises to a character's chest in the shallows (if just barely). This means that you recieve all the benefits and penalties of water combat (which includes a swim speed).
