Phase III Dark Trooper Vs Space Marines

I have never played against any Dark Trooper in the game of Dark Force, so I'll need a good scaling comparison to mesure it's level of badassery.

First, let's consider 1 vs 1

Then, a squad of each one (or at least what would be considered a squad of Dark Trooper MK3)

Then, let's do a full-scale battle between the two. I don't know a thing about Dark Trooper's equipment, so maybe someone can enlighten me..

Dark Troopers are scary, they're big, fast, like to ambush people, and have crazy strong armor (even their own super-duper-powerful weapons have trouble hurting them). They carry a big plasma rifle that can burn through ship hulls and is fully automatic, it's secondary fire is explosive rockets. They have built in jet packs, and in my experience never miss (well, unless you're standing behind something they're kinda stupid like that, but of course so was every one else in the game).

I don't know anything about Warhammer so I don't know how they stack up, but I hope this helps.
