Yeah so anything with generally decent solos or riffs etc. It can be from bass to harmonica to keyboard. A link would be nice as well.
I've already found a few that I like,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3W6hBI1SAL4 - I think the way that Davd Gilmour uses the whammy bar is really well done.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qUfMiuvoLc
I think this is one of Bootzillas best bass solos with a good use of the slap technique.

2 of Led Zep's best songs and performances.

Even though slipknot suck, Joey Jordinson is one of the best drummers I know (warning contains flashing lights)

SLIPKNOT! KEEEEEL!
Ahem. I propose Jerry was a Race Car Driver (http://new.music.yahoo.com/videos/--2146089) for best bass lead riff.

Dunno, John the fisherman also ranks high up, because, hell first Primus Single ever.

I really love the solo from Painkiller (http://youtube.com/watch?v=JAagedeKdcQ). Even if you don't like the singing, the solo is just awesome.
Now there is a solo that's more fun to actually watch than to listen to I would have to choose the double guitar solo (http://youtube.com/watch?v=rutyA12z3Ok) by Michael Angelo Batio. It still sounds good, but my god, that is some ridiculous guitar playing.

Hmm, I was close to putting in Southbound Pachyderm in instead, that is such a great tune. And, of course, greatest drum solo obviously belongs to Neil Peart. Keyboard solo probably goes to Rick Wakeman, possibly on one of his solo albums.
Through The Fire and Flames (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3u3FVdKe_Uw)
I don't really know too much about music, but I know I love that.
It jumps around a bit, but it shows Herman Li several times. Insane...

Freewill (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpCASVFyQoE) by Rush. The bass/guitar solo at three minutes in is simply divine.
I have some more but there are really to many.

One of my favorites:

Claudio's singing is an acquired taste, his guitar playing however, needs no introduction.
As for drums, well, what do you think happens when you hand a polymathic freemason a drum set? (Other than a 70 foot high projection of the sefirot)

The bass solo from here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a6JxW5S27G0). Gotta love Setzer.
More later.

I prefer Operation Ground and Pound for some reason but TTFAF is pretty immense. The bad thing about Dragonforce however is that they are too fast and they can't play half as well live.

Citizen Erased - Muse. (http://www.deezer.com/#music/result/citizen%20erased)
Intro riff is awesome, and solo is probably one of the bestest ever.

Sonata Arctica - Revontulet. Ignore the video part, this was just the best quality sound of it that I could find. Starts properly at 14 seconds.

Hail the master (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EctNg0BcTvk). Here's (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9QTg2VMqko) a nice compilation of Symphony X solos. No video though. Shame.
Also, these two guys here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5zV-IlSvP4) aren't half bad, either. Specially that blond bloke (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpg-5Aq07Pg). Yay Nevermore.
For drums... oh well, I'll let Peavy make the introductions... (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A6l8HBNARAU)

For drums, I'm sure just looking up Neil Peart on youtube would be pretty self explanatory, and same for Rick Wakeman. I can't decide which videos, so if someone else could, that would be terrific.

I've already mentioned this song but this version diserves a mention - reggae elvis Zeppelin. The solo is OK.

Def Leppard suck abit but I like this solo.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1mCQKuvzCM

If you can find any videos of the Guitar Soloes from the Halo trilogy... the music that goes along with it is absolutely stunning (the guitar ones that is).

I'm pretty sure this has been mentioned, but Comfortably Numb (Pink Floyd) is one of the most chilling solos I've ever heard. As for riffs, I nominate the entire album Octavarium (Dream Theater), the title song in particular, for greatest riff on any instrument. Also, non-concept albums with huge epileptic trees ftw.
