Time Offset

Whats with the board timer? To get it to be the proper hour I have to actually put the wrong timezone (by an hour), and even then its still 10-20 minutes off. This is a little... odd :-/

Thanks for pointing that out, I just changed my time offset to 14.3, now all is right (or close to).
