Question about Avatar usage

Have a quick question, so thought it best to post it. Is it ok to use the avatars from this site *as is* on another site?

In other words, is it ok if I use the avatar I use here on another site? I've seen other people do it, but wasn't sure if they received special permission or not.

We use our own avatars that were specially made by someone OTHER than the giant. If it's made by Rich, it's NOT free game.

Wukei's pretty much correct, though I'd check with the particular artist of a custom avatar to make sure they're okay with it.

Again, to be clear, any avatar made by Rich (including Mod avatars and the default ones for this page) cannot be used on other websites.
