Inigo turns away from the meal.

An inigo clone falls from the ceiling, next to Sythis/Rand. He stops pointing.

The clone starts to dissolve into particles, which fly into Rand/Sythis's mouth.

The clone continues to dissolve.

DRDs try to wake Inigo up, with cold water, and tiny knee hammers.

Mortals of Halo, I now retire. My gift upon you, a cleansing fire!

The simulacrum erupts in flames that quickly melt it into a mere puddle, before these same flames start their attempt to spread out into the room and light it aflame.

In themiddle of the fel inferno, the sword vanishes.

Closer inspection to the puddle after the flames have been dealt with will reveal a single, simple sapphire with an ominous light in it's center. It's a gem containing Sythis' soul, forgotten by the malefic weapon like a worthless piece of trash.

Breakin ghte sapphire would release the soul, it is just a normal sapphire otherwise.

Disclaimer: I am a bit busy, I did not expect the soul-draining attack to work and believe it, this is a perfectly possible turn of events from the Slayer's side, not from Draken but from the Slayer it is.

Panda vanishes, and the image of the flickering, staticky being appears, Teardrop in his true form, a terrifying doppelganger, with dark horns, and huge black wings. 'twas a construct, fool. Spread word. Spread word.

Teardrop steps forward, towards the other ghost, his face a demonic, necrotic mask of rage. I have been trapped, in hell, deep, deep down. Panda was my construct. He gathered memories, reconstructed me. Me. Me.

I didn't know about that demon. (I know Tempest wasn't there when he dissappeared, and I think Zio was there as well, so it all got a bit complicated.)

It's pretty hard to care about something that I don't know about.

Teardrop, with incredible, unreal speed, teleports right in front of the girl, and, with an incorporeal fist, aims a harsh, powerful, clawed smack to her face.

The Little Girl gets hit, and goes flying back towards Tempest. Help me, Tempest. She looks back at Teardrop, fear in her eyes.

[Kaelaroth]

I shall cleanse the flesh from your bones! I shall cl- Teardrop promptly vanishes, the signal fading, as Panda re-appears.
