Assuming you mean you're looking for a web comic similar in style to Order of the Stick, I'd recommend you Our Little Adventure. It's explicitly inspired by Rich's comic, updates regularly and generally has a high average. It does have its own style, though, so it'll be a new experience.
Goblins follow a bunch of, well, goblins who try to make their way in the world by becoming Adventurers. It doesn't use the OotS art style, but is quite well-drawn and -written. It's nominally set in a D&D 3.5 world, but don't look to hard at it.
If you're not locked to D&D, I'm obligated by law to plug Keychain of Creation at every possible opportunity. It's currently on indefinite hiatus, but quite good.
Darths & Droids maybe, if what you want is in-game characters.
If you don't mind comics that are dead, there's Chainmail Bikini, and for a comic that isn't totally dead but is still prone to sudden hiatusitis, Clockworks.
Oh, and for a different version of "in-game", MS Paint Adventures.
In addition to Our Little Adventure, another OOTS-based comic is Anti-Heroes. Updates can be a bit sporadic though.
Try Dungeons and Dorks. http://dndorks.com/default.aspx
They haven't done much updating for the last few years but there is still a pretty extensive backlog of comic strips. This one focuses more on the players rather then the characters though.
