Nice comic. The mother is just feminine enough to be identifiable as a girl while still looking elvish.
Also, something that's nagging at the back of my mind: Way, way back, wasn't there a short comic with Silverraptor trying to flirt with a female elf? Who turned out to be a powerful mage? Who was married to a human and had two half-elf kids? :smallconfused:

No, the mother is a full elf.

Partially. And I approve too.

Yeah. He didn't get a Secret Santa present on the Secret Santa thread, so I made it for him.

Yeah. Yeah, they do. :smalltongue:
Speaking of which, Silverraptor hasn't been on in over a week. I hope he's okay.

Yeah. He didn't get a Secret Santa present on the Secret Santa thread, so I made it for him.
...Coffee, if there was a scale of niceness, you would be off it.

Which group am I? Poster (1 in 11) or lurker (10 in 11)?
-
Re: Murphy's Law (Thread The Third!)
Well, NOW you're a poster. XD Dunno if you were before.
So... everyone who posts makes ten new people read?

no, most of the internet just consists of pepole who read stuff without participaiting in anything, like when you read a thread about puppies but dont post in it.

Re: Murphy's Law (Thread The Third!)
:smalltongue: Welcome, Anitar and all other lurkers!
Thanks for all your support and the conversation about lurkers is entertaining, but please try to stay on topic. We only have a limited amount of posting space, you know.
And here's the Secret Santa comic that I made for Silverraptor! This was a while ago, so the art's pretty choppy compared to the current comic, especially with the eyes. And I made a LOT of art upgrades and clothes changes and such. :smallsigh:
Also, here's Radic as a young child.
-
Re: Murphy's Law (Thread The Third!)
well gotta agree with the guy with the lamphelmet, she DOES keep her shape rather well for a mom....
-
Re: Murphy's Law (Thread The Third!)
I'm with Radic on that one.
I don't see why people are so scared of snakes, i think they are cute.
So yeah, i agree with Radic.
Silly humans, always afraid of anything that's different from them :smallyuk:

I think it's because of the poisonous bite that can kill a man in relatively short time and in horrendous agony that people have little sympathy with snakes in general :smalltongue:

We have to remember that this is a five year old girl with no class levels handling an extremely venomous snake. Also, her brother Aludean has a bit of an overprotective streak.

Natural 20 on a Wild Empathy Check at five years old. Truly she is a goddess.

Re: Murphy's Law (Thread The Third!)
Vipers aren't that dangerous - at least not those we have in Sweden. Painful but not lethal (although they might kill a fiveyear-old.)

Exactly. She's 5. 1d6 primary and secondary con damage is potentially lethal for a 5-year-old, even with a DC10 fort save.
Also, would it be too much to ask if somebody could index the Murphy's Law TvTropes page, possibly put up a little plot summary, or provide examples on other pages linking to it? (Like putting Matt as an example on the Butt Monkey page). Thanks.

Re: Murphy's Law (Thread The Third!)
(Hmm. It seems that I slipped into the 'lurker' category while I was stressing over finals.)
The fact that Radic was safely handling deadly animals at the age of five only increases her awesomeness. I agree with her, too- snakes aren't scary, just misunderstood.

What can I say? Radic was a born druid. And I'm not afraid of snakes either; in fact I like them. Well, unless I accidentally step on a wild venomous snake or something, but that's just common sense. :smalltongue:

Re: Murphy's Law (Thread The Third!)

Not a good idea. Golems are immensely strong and immensely stupid. The first time it tried to pat a child on the back the child would end up plastered to the wall...

Re: Murphy's Law (Thread The Third!)
This thread and the comic contained therein is now officially on my "to follow" list.
...it's a long list.
