Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Tremble in fear, for no other cheesecake will be able to match what I am about to present to all of you...
Two fun facts...
In that last picture, those aren't just scribbles passing themselves off as runes, there's an actual Atlantean langauge and script and the letters down her front mean 'Lost'. I thought it was cool that the makers of the movie made an entire language just for a movie.
Second, I'm currently learning an entirely new rule-set (Star Wars Saga Edition) strictly so I can run a cross-over setting type game where the players are trying to stop the Sith Princesses from conquering the world.
Do I get bonus points for squeezing functional armor into the same series that features massive cheesecake? I think I should...Nor can I properly express my love of that first picture both for pert bottoms and oozing villainy/bad-assery.

I've got a little request that is not particularly easy. I need a modern day male teenager using shadow powers of some kind. Controlling shadows, controlling darkness, something like that. His dress could be from anytime within the last 50 years, but sooner would be better.
For a tax have some death.

Three character ideas from this little collection of pics.
Druid character of some kind. D&D, Pathfinder, Legend...
...in the Dresden Files, there's a type of vampire called the White Court, who feed off emotions. This gal? Raith. In other words, feed off lust. Probably only 'sips' rather than draining dry.
...for some reason, I want to make a monk based off this pic. D&D 4e or Legend. And she'd subvert the hell out of the monk stereotypes, yes.
Just checking: Fax, would you have a version of this third one which doesn't have the image of her in a bikini, just her in kimono?

I didn't notice that... eh. I still like it for the above idea. :smalltongue:
Anyway, you should quote Fax for that pic, not I. He found it. :smalltongue:

I'm not sure, bikini monk sounds hilarious.
Then again, kimono monk also sounds hilarious.

Thinking over it, I like the idea of her as a Wizard, or a Sorcerer could also be fun (Wizard because then the cheerful, slightly energetic girl is also likely the smartest in the group).
And I suppose having a bikini as her outfit would be the logical conclusion to some of the ridiculous armor you get sometimes, wouldn't it.
EDIT: I am curious about who the person in the image actually is, though.
Nevermind, found it.
Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Pirate Gals (sveral eras in there):
Female anti-paladin
couldn't really find anything for a shadow controller/scarred guy. sorry

I'm looking for a shadow-based male gish character. The thing that is MOST important is that this guy needs to be COVERED in scars. Head to foot. Like he was in a windstorm of razors. Because I know people are going to ask, the character I'm using it for is a tiefling who was descended from a kyton, and his skin's been a mess of scars since birth. That's the sign of his fiendish heritage instead of horns and a tail.
I always like alternative planetouched signs  I feel like I'd have better luck if I could remember what "covered in scars" reminds me of, though...

There's a metric craptonne of those out there. A little more detail than that would be useful - age? Rank? Weapons of choice?

Pffffft. I posted those YEARS ago! :smalltongue: (always nice to see 'em again, though)

The first image doesn't work, and 'open in new tab' just sends me to the home page of creative uncut.
I get the impression that my character from the picture you first posted is going to be radically different from Seena's actual character. :smalltongue: I'm making her an Abjurationist Wizard, and from the picture you just posted that works, Seena looks more like a Swashbuckler than anything else.
Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Just one pirate picture, but I like it:
Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
I have a request for a powerful human male spellcaster. Not too old, though. Has ornate clothing, but not too stylized. Also, nothing too worn and gritty.
EDIT: And a staff is preferable. If he has a book, that would be real nice.
Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
No beard, and a cool color scheme. Ideally, one that includes red complimentary.
Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Request: a muscular, handsome, male troll, or at least something that can pass up as a troll (more specifically a war troll with half of his blood coming from a beautiful devil parent, which makes him beautiful by proxy).
Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
What sort of troll are we talking here? Like, green bridge troll:
Traditional "sorta like a giant" troll:
Skinny WoW troll:
Rocky mountain troll:
Discworld troll:
Or random fey-type troll thing?

This guy is nice, if you don't mind a small woman with rat ears and a tail on his shoulder. :smalltongue:

Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
All I could find is http://ralphhorsley.deviantart.com/a...Troll-62295116
Not handsome, but he is a war troll.
Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Only orc I have, and I only kept him for his body (the face is found wanting, sadly).
If "orcish" (or "devilish") also qualifies, I have a couple of handsome orcs and devils I could post. Gimme a few moments.
EDIT: Here they are.
Too human?
Too orchish?
Not trollish enough?
Too demonic?
Too... weird?
Too samurai-ish?

More traditional Scandinavian-type male forest trolls. Not what you are looking for

Hey, in my defense you only posted the group one. :smalltongue: I found the rest on the guy's deviantart after that. xD...Also, ssshhhhh! Can't you tell I'm trying to steal your credit?? :smalltongue:

I prefer them on the youthful side. Rank doesn't matter. For weapons, pistols, muskets, and cutlasses. To narrow it down, I'm mostly interested in an 18th century tech level. Also, I'm interested in female sailors or soldiers from this era as well.
Some of the posted pictures are really good, but too many to call them out individually.
Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
I need some Exalted inspired pictures. Doesn't matter if they're male or female but they shouldn't be all that animesque. Some thing from Fire Emblem would be as animesque as I'd like for this. I need a Night, Zenith and, Malefactor Caste and a Wood Aspect.
Re: Dungeons and Dreamboats V: Snakes & Cakes
Is it too early to ask for a tiny little bump?

The idea is that this guy would be handsome, if his skin didn't look like it'd gone through a wind tunnel full of razor-blades and broken glass. As Blood of Fiends describes shackleborn, "Shackleborn are often born with their skin already mutilated, a garish embroidery of white and purple scars covering their flesh from head to toe." Basically it's like every inch of his body is scarred, to the point where he couldn't possibly have gotten them from injuries, because that many cuts would have easily killed him.
