I dunno, he seems to have some sort of magical power that allows him to get away with this stuff where no one else can.
So, I'm the only one who went AWWW then?
I said AWWWW halfway through, then it turned to OOOOOOOH, if you break this couple up because angsty misery is the natural state I'm going to stop reading for another six months like I did when Jeph "had to" break up Marten and Dora.
Interrobanging it just doesn't have the same punch!? :smallconfused::smalleek:
The thing and the goetia is used as source material for a lot of supernatural/paranormal games, so it's of interest there. Also it's great fodder for making either new classes of demon or unique individual ones for roleplaying games.
Naugatuck valley community technical college. Its been quite a few years, cant recall the address offhand, good old state of ct. I was looking through the online library registry, or whatever they call it, and there was another copy at some college in california iirc.
I'm in the "started to AWWW, then went 'uh-oh'" crowd. Not sure where this is going (today's strip is basically drunken filler), but Faye didn't look happy about what she said. I'm wondering if she really meant it, even reluctantly, or if she just said it as mostly reflex.
See, I thought she just looked a bit shocked, like she realised that she does love him. Given her past, it is a big deal for her, to realise that about herself.
Is anyone else getting the feeling that we'll have a similar episode to when Marten got drunk after Dora dumped him? Ie, Faye starts coming on to him.
Yes, except that Ifearthink it will be Sven who shoots her down.
I honestly have one question: why is everyone assuming, that Fay and Angus will break up? :smallconfused:
IMO she drinks from a sudden realisation, that she does love him verily and it was a fairly shocking revelation considering her frail psychological condition.
And then, following the pattern of the comic, tells him they need to break up.
OK, here is an alt for you
Faye and Angus DON'T break up, they are happy together, get married and all that shiz.
Which leads to much angst in Martin and Dora, because, after all, Faye is the "screwed up one" and how on earth is SHE finding stability and happiness when THEY, the "normal ones" aren't?
And then Faye can get pregnant and have kids, because pregnant women are fat in a funny way and babies have things coming out of their butts all day long. Domestic bliss is comedy gold, Jeph, go for it!!!
Or at least have Faye give a drunken call to Dr. Corrinne's emergency line, because she's awesome.
Come to think of it, I'm starting to wonder what's going on with Sven now.
Last time I remember sven he basically manned up, spoke with faye, and they parted on decent terms. Which means he will likely go back to being one of the rare inserts like steve, or maybe even jimbo (who i REALLY miss)
We need more Jimbo. Jimbo is awesome.
Sven bumps into Marigold every once in a while.
Is Faye doing all this because she said "I love you" and doesn't mean it, and consequently feels like a terrible person, or because she really does mean it and given her trust issues, isn't ok with that?
We'll find out, but I am presuming it's the latter. She loves Angus without worrying about it, therefore her attachment anxiety is kicked in and she is now worried that he will blow his brains out in front of her without warning or explanation.
You know she's drunk when she can't even fight properly :smallsigh:
...What on earth is Hannelore wearing? :smallconfused: Did she get attacked by a time traveler from the 80s or something?
...Wait, on second thought, is that guy continuing his habit of saying the wrong thing at the wrong time in front of hannelore?
I think she was inspired by the pictures in her dance book.
