Aww, that would be awesome!
I'm keeping the V one though. :smalltongue: (Speaking of which, would it be rude to ask if/when you're doing another OOTS manga page?)

You know, since page 4 I couldn't stop relating that toy with Roy (bad words choice). As if he thought of himself as a knight, but everyone else saw him as a robot (Abyssal - something with no will). Also it looks like the Optic Knight. Or maybe it's just me...
(sniff)
Now I feel really bad for Roy.
Operative word being seems. It COULD have been a voluntary thing, making this flashback sequence even more sad. I mean, it looks like there could have been any amount of time between then and now... we don't know if pages have the same rate of aging as vanilla humans.
I *think* the falling is an involuntary thing, but one that is inevitable after a certain point-maybe turning against the pages did it?
Maybe he was CONSUMED BY HIS OWN HATRED?
I'm assuming that was a reference, due to WHAT hatred?
Next two pages up. The flashback has ended.
And nice catch, Tulio. That toy's got more meaning to it than it seems at first.
I'll probably do an OOTS manga sometime, but I've looked through the archives and there's not really a single page I want to do right now. The Sapphire Guard thing was probably the coolest of the lot.
Injected?
So it seems it involuntary, doesn't it?
Hmm...
Also, I like the character development for Tony. He's more sympathetic than the average aloof, apathetic Joe that I thought he was going to be at the beginning.
So, descent is NORMALLY voluntary, but involuntary in this particular case. Interesting.
The drug causes descent; but that doesn't mean that descent is always caused by the drug. (Other things could cause it as well.) Furthermore, if descent as a result of that drug is the equivalent of an overdose, then you could have people taking that drug voluntarily with no intent on descent.
New page up.
And yeah, I like Tony, but it's hard trying to get his personality across when he's so quiet. But drawing him has helped me get some of the subtler facial expressions down.
Descent is probably the result of a Page going mad with power or something. It's Involuntary, but the result of a variety of decisions the Page makes, or the Page's mental state. It looks like Ink (Capitalized for a reason) forces them into the state where they may descend.
Maybe it's like alcohol? Lowers inhibitions?
I held off until hoping that the original website it's hosted on would've updated. But now I just went and read it. And now I find myself on a cliff hanger.:smallsigh: (Well, information cliff hanger)
There's this site where people can host their comics, I just don't know if they accept them in such a big size.
I'm guessing the Ink (every letter in that font is capatalised :smallconfused:) increases a pages powers, and that people happen to go mad with power because of it. Deciding you should rule humanity doesn't seem like something that happens normally.
Personally, I'm intrested in why it was specified as "Drug Ink." Was that just to make it clear that it's not the type of ink one writes with, or do pages (or knights) use a different form of Ink allowed by their codex?
BUT SOMETHING WENT HORRIBLY WRONG... CHEMICAL X!
I've seen this somewhere before can't put my finger on it.
Kinda Dune-ish, but I feel that's not it.
:smallsigh: Guys, it's "Professor Plutonium accidentally added an extra ingredient to the concoction! CHEMICAL X!"
......It is so sad that I remember that 8-9 years later.
