Just so everyone is aware, there's been an update!
It seems like som sopher stuff will be replicating technology. Things like that tend to lead to schizo tech.
One... light (?) card for one permanent memory, I'll bet?
I'll bet no computers, then. :smalltongue: I guess we knew that from the start, but now it's a guarantee: This world will never develop computers, at least not without intense involvement on the part of a sopher.
You telling me or explaining? :smallwink:
On a slightly off-topic note, today is Eve's 5th birthday.
Ow. I just read the Bibliography thread, and that hurt. I now know that yes, Insane crazed fans exist, for I am one of them.
You know, I've always read Thaumaturge as "Hey guys! Here is a comic while I work on the Legal issue with Bibliography!" I always thought Bibliography was you best work, and that you you would go right back to it ASAP...
That said, I am really really really really really sorry. I never gave Thaumaturge a chance, and I feel terrible for never thinking maybe you didn't like Bibliography (Honestly, Its as good as some mainstream high end comics, and I thought anyone would kill to be able to be the person to say they made it, but here I go again...) So I'm sorry, and I know this sounds weird, a fan apologizing to a creator for not liking his work, or a fan this crazed in your work in general. But I just wanted to add my two cents, that I will be adding my two cents from now on.
Give me a cowboy hat, a Wendy Avie, and mark me a fan! I am now devoting the same amount of my attention to Thaumaturge as I did to Bibliography!
TL;DR
I'm a fan now, and will be posting here often. And dibs on Wendy Avie!
I came here through a long series of internet searches, starting from the Terraria comic. Which also seems to be on hiatus right now.
Still, I am getting a new comic out of it, so I'm pleased! Hurray for Thaumaturge.
New page up!
Thanks for the all the support! I hope you new readers will stick around too! :smalltongue:
Oh, Nomen... is that a yes? :smallwink:
Wendy used tragic backstory!
It was super effective!
Well, would you look at that. Update!

Aw, Nomen is a big softy at heart.
I don't post often but I wanted to say that I look forward to seeing how this story, and your art, will progress. I've been re-reading Biblio and I can see the vast improvment you've made with environments and backgrounds.
I greatly injoyed the characters of bibliography and I am starting to get drawn into Thaumathurge.
- Yes Elagune's admeration of One Piece has been less than sudtle at times. Ie bibliography Ch.3 Pg.4
You spelled subtle wrong.
Grammar Nazi, away!
And I can believe I missed that. I hadn't started reading One Piece at the time I started reading Bibliography.
What I remember though, is Terry Kurogane. Three swords. Also the triforce.
Since nobody else mentioned it yet, Adam has a really cool ride. :smallcool:
New update!
I really like TVTropes. So many ideas from just browsing that site!
I gotta agree. That's a pretty sweet ride.
Unbelievably big cargo! :smalleek:
It's just full of balloon animals.
I honestly hope that's canon now.
