El J, you do know that the Lucky has been confirmed a villager by the seer right?
El J raises an eyebrow. "Clearly, I was unaware of that."
He pats the dirt on Silkenfist's grave and sighs, but stops pointing at Lucky.
I believe I will trust the leprechaun on this one. Until further evidence reveals itself, I point at Ceika.
((Sorry I missed the last vote - I got drafted into helping someone move on Sunday, which is the only free shot I had at the machine this weekend with both of my brothers being home (a rare occurance indeed in this house). Now I have to catch up on everything before casting my vote... ugh.))
Church nods his head. "I'm sorry Ceika, but they are right. We cannot trust the scry of a fool. Lord Fullbladder has no evidence against him. However, I agree with Lucky's argument, and believe that I should trust him now as I have. He has only led us straight."
With that said, Church points at Ceika
Iames thinks. Well, I guess I'll just go along with Lucky. His judgement has served us well so far. Iames points at Ceika.
"Lucky and Gralamin are pretty much the only trustworthy people right now, hence I will place faith in their judgement."
* Ink points at Ceika
I'll go with lucky's guess maybe he'll be.... fortunate
tharj points at ceika
Decken's ghost appears.
"Why are all the guardsmen being killed?"
*shakes his head*
"I trust Lucky, and he has a fairly good record, so I'm going to have to vote with him. If I am wrong, please forgive me."
*alec points at ceika*
"Ahh hell ... it's not like we can do any _worse_ at this."
* Helgraf points at Ceika *
"But I haven't forgotton you, King."
I'm game for a bandwagon.
*Points at Ceika*
Well since all we have is a shot in the dark... I point at Ceika
El J winces at this brutal turn of events. "I have always despised the bandwagon, and always will. It kills the innocent far more often than the guilty, and I still find insufficient evidence to kill Ceika."
Strictly to avoid getting auto-lynched, he *points at Kantur*.
The only problem EL J, is that by going against the bandwagon you make yourself suspicious. What are your reasons for pointing at Kantur?
Silken's ghost hovers over the town...
"Ahem...wooolves. Can you please send Deckmaster your death scene for me. I want to know what actually happened"
Joosbawx emerges from his home, not surprised at all to see the gathering outside Silkenfist's home. Walking over to the grouping after a few calming breaths in his garden he is surprised to see the group suspicion, save a couple of individuals, focussed upon Ceika. Listening closely to Lucky's point of view and Ceika's replies, Joosbawx waits before adding his 2cp worth.
"I'm not 100% convinced Ceika is a wolf; however, I don't have anything more to go on than the list I had yesterday based off of voting records. The lynchings from yesterday cleared up any suspicions that I had harboring, and I haven't paid as close attention to *who* people were voting for as I've paid attention to *how often* they've voted. That being said, and because I didn't vote yesterday because I had the list, I must vote today. The most likely candidate is Ceika...so far...though I'm not 100% convinced...yet."
Joosbawx points to Ceika.
"I must point at someone. I resist the idea of bandwagoning when I don't think there's much evidence; Kantur is in no danger of actually being lynched, it could just as easily be anybody else. Though it hardly seems necessary, I assure you once again that I am not a wolf."
"El Jaspero, if you don't mind, what is it that you refute against Ceika. Also, and perhaps more importantly, what is it that causes you to choose Kantur above the suggested target? I'd appreciate another point of view, or at least a point/counter-point between what Lucky is stating and what you are stating. Lucky, that request stand for you as well, please."
Joosbawx lowers his fingerafter looking between Knatur and Ceika.
"Pirates aren't wer ewolves? Aren't they secretly good and even sometimes a ..."
"AHEM! that's a spoiler and you're not even in that game. I think I saw Exachix leaving Ceika's ship yesterday. If she's a suspected werewolf, he may be too."*LLink points at Exachix.*
"You are gonna get us lynched, you know."
"Maybe, but I can't help hang her, she sent Tony a bumper sticker."
Exachix sighs.
"Look, I think he's got a trigger happy friend there." He points to LLink. "What Have I done to deserve this?"
Belated Silkenfist's death scene!
Night comes quickly after the village considers the ramifications of the day's actions. Purging the taint from their village has not been cheap, though, up until now, they'd done well identifying and bringing justice to the hellhounds hiding amongst them. The sun bows its head to the departed and turns her vigil over to the moon who stares down sleepily at the village through her half-shaded and unblinking eye. The night watch takes form their ranks and assume their posts, and the mechanical snick of locks clicking into place and soft woody whisper of door bolts slipping into place carry in the still night air. At the lamp oil and torches burn low, the comforting glow in the eastern sky warms the hearts of those watching over those that sleep, or plot, through the night. Remembering the events of the previous night, the guards remain alert and wary, senses keen and probing into the shadows; however, no monsters reveal themselves to wreak havoc and the sun crests and spills her radiance over the hill and rooftops.
Tentatively the villagers emerge from their homes one by one by one. Unable to wait, the guard raps softly on Silkenfist's door but receives no answer. Again they knock, louder, but nothing stirs inside and no voice to assure them everything is alright. Grimacing at what they expect to find, the guard shoulders the door, finding to their surprise it wasn't bolted at all. A quick search of the house finds Silkenfist suspended by his neck from the roof of his bedroom ceiling, dead. Stuck to the middle of his forehead with a dagger sunk to the hilt is a single tarot card:
http://gfx.tarot.com/images/decks/cl...ll_size/12.jpg
And here I was expecting something gory... like Alarras death and the x-mas tree, now who were those sick people... :)
I dunno...it has a bit of a subtle force. I can imagine, forcing a dagger to the hilt into someones cranium takes a LOT of energy.
"Joosbawx, I have recently been attempting something similar; Collecting all the voting records and comparing who has not pointed at the wolves to form a tentative red list, but! I have noticed something just ever so odd in the voting habits of two individuals."
"Almost always, Exachix and LLink have pointed at each other, every day, with no particular reasoning, rarely changing to point along with a forming bandwagon. We have three wolves left, if Silkenfist ghost attempt to reveal the static-overridden names of the remainder is correct, and I believe that two of our remaining lycanthropes are Exachix and LLink."
King dramtically raises his hand and points at LLink/LLama.
Or....you know...they could just not like each other.
An interesting postulation King, I agree that this is suspicious. Better stock up on Duko Nuts Llink.
*Flabbicus points at Llink
Indeed, that is an interesting notion.
* B-Man points to Llink.((after Z-Targetting (or L-Target) first, of course))
((Releases the L button)
*Ceika listens intently to the arguments, and nods.*
I'll admit, that's better logic than siding with the fool, at least. *Ceika points at Llink* I hope we're right on this...
(Actually, Mr. Griffin, you haven't discovered anything I haven't mentioned in every single post I've voted in. )

"AHEM! that's a spoiler and you're not even in that game. I think I saw Exachix leaving Ceika's ship yesterday. If she's a suspected werewolf, he may be too." *LLink points at Exachix.*
"You are gonna get us lynched, you know."
"Maybe, but I can't help hang her, she sent Tony a bumper sticker."
Quote:
"It looks like Krystal Tiger is going to be hung."
*The llama in green starts to point to her*
"NO! Don't! She has a fairy. She can't be evil."
"Umm..but...I need to vote for someone or else the mob will get me. And if I don't vote for her and she's a wolf, I'm in trouble."
"Please, LLink. She has good riddles. Don't kill her."
"Sigh, fine. She does have good puzzles. She's probably a dungeon designer. Blasted dungeons."
*LLink points a hoof at Exachix and scowls at his fairy "guide"*
(So I've made no secret of the fact that I've not jumped on the bandwagons. In fact, in viewing my old posts, the only person I've helped lynch was Gnome Barbarian and that's really only because his "I'm not a wolf" posts were grating on my nerves.)Quote:
*LLink trots after Alarra, the fairy following closely behind him* "Hey! Don't you have silver arrows?" "Shhhh. Its bad enough I never had a chance to switch my vote to DLD, don't make it obvious to the wolves that I should be eaten, as well." "Oh, ummm...." "Sigh. Half-dragon wolves. I miss the 8-bit days of octopi that spit rocks and slow-moving bomb-eating dinosaurs."
(I did not vote to lynch Gezina. Who turned out to be a villager. I did not lynch DLD, who turned out to be a wolf. I did not lynch Krystal Dragon because there was no need. The wagon was going full speed ahead, so I chose to point at Exachix because its funny to me.)
(Now, common sense says not to vote against the bandwagon because if the person who is lynched turns out to be a wolf then the person who chose not to vote for the wagon is immediately suspect. This has created a "Bandwagon fear." As soon as one starts people hop on because the other option is to be lynched in a few days.
Wolves know this. Wolves hop on the bandwagons. Wolves know that to try to save a kin who is bandwagoned against is a sure way to lose. It lost us WW II. Its caused many wolves in the past to be hung. I am actually acting in a very unwolven manner.)
((Okay Llama, I'll hear an IC explanation. I've removed my finger. Let's here a defence.))
(An IC defense? this should be interesting)
*The fairy sees some fingers point her way and grabs the llama by the ears and starts pulling* I TOLD YOU!!!
"I wanted to vote for Krystal Tiger. You wouldn't let me. LEGGO MY EARS!"
"You should have blended in better. You had to make yourself obvious. You always do this. You have to have a fairy even when no one else does. You wear masks when no one else does. You travel through time when no one else does. I'm gonna kill you myself!!!"
"Oh come on, we can reason with them. I wasn't even here for the first killing. I showed up on like Day 2 or 3. I think its you. They all got tired of "Hey, listen."
*The llama runs around, trying to shake the fairy off his head. The fairy flies off and manages to trip the llama. He goes sprawling to the ground and she grabs a front leg and tries to push it toward's Ceika.*
"Just...join the ....bandwagon. Do it....or ...I'll ....turn you ...into a ....newt!"
*The llama struggles against the enraged fairy.* "I'll....get....better!"
Hmm. I don't know who to vote against right now.
B-Man removes his finger.
*Ceika chuckles at the fairy, even though it's trying to get llama to point at her.*
I don't know... between the llama and that strange little fairy, I'm not sure this isn't a comedy act...
Helgraf pauses.
"I'm still no certain of you, Miss Ceika... but these latest notions dae fit with certain patterns I'd been following m'self. Enough so that I cannot in fairness maintain my current vote."
* Helgraf stops pointing at Ceika. Helgraf points at Llink/Llama *
*The fairy sees someone else point to them, and her fury receives 2 new heart tanks of life. She grabs the llama's ears and flies upwards, jerking his head into the air. Then she reverses directions and drives the cranium of the startled llama into the ground. A large cloud of dust is kicked up and when it dissapates, the llama lays on the ground, unconscious. Navi steps around the small pool of blood forming from the trickle of his nose and raises his hoof triumphantly, aiming it at Ceika.*
"Look! He's pointing. He's pointing at the suspected wolf."
*She flies down and starts moving his lips, attempting to ventriloquize.*
"Lucky makes a lot of sense. He's very wise and smart."
*The fairy makes LLink point at Ceika.*
*The llama mumbles in his sleep* "Hi, Marin. What are you talking about? An egg?"
Joosbawx listens to the exchanges before offering his own opinion, and raising his finger.
"I think, after looking at my own notes and going back through the voting history that Ceika probably has the most consistent voting record of the three; however, Llama and Exachix pointing at one another, and the fact that Lucky has defended Llama in the past, makes me think they're most likely Masons rather than wolves. Unfortunately, as pointed out before, it's difficult to figure out who's joining a bandwagon and who's simply voting when they have time to participate is not an easy task.
"What I *can* see is who chooses to participate and who doesn't, so I will continue to vote on that platform rather than trying to choose between a fairly consistent voting record and basically two (Masons?) that are non-voters."
Joosbawx points to Kantur.
(OOC: Anyone care to post a vote count? It's getting confusing...)

End of Day 6!
Ceika walked toward the gallows with her head held high, the slightest hint of amusement on her lips. Without breaking her stride, she gracefully stepped up to the noose, and began to chuckle as the hangman drew the rope over her head and snugged down the line. Her laughter continued as he stepped to the side to pull the lever, and it soon became clear that she found her predicament rather amusing.
A bit confused, the hangman paused, turning to Ceika with a growled question. “What’s so funny?” It took a few moments, but Ceika composed herself enough to answer, which she did amid her own laughter. “I’ve always known the noose would be my end… but I always figured it would be for piracy… not lycanthropy… Go ahead, sir… earn your wages.”
The hangman, clearly not as amused as Ceika was, spun back around and yanked the lever, and the ground dropped out from below her. She continued laughing until her body snapped the rope taut around her neck.
As her body twitched and jerked at the end of the rope, her long red hair fell in her face, covering her features. As the convulsions quieted, though, it was obvious that the one at the end of the rope was, indeed, a red-furred wolf.
Ceika, a wolf, was lynched.
Night 6 will end Thursday at 12 PM EST. Or thereabouts. No auto-lynch because I'm not sure how accurate Joosbawx's above list is. If someone could confirm it, I might add in auto-lynchings before I leave for the night.
*Decken's ghost appears*
"The rot has spread through-out the guards! I'd lynch the NPC's just to be sure.
And consider that a dishonourable discharge, wolf!"
((DLD's gonna rub this in my face, aswell.))
Woo! Go, Team Village. Send me some more wolves into the afterlife, they are fun to hang around with.
Also: Fullbladder...you might want to start some kind of employee screening process when hiring replacement guards.
*The fairy looks up, shocked.* "See, we pointed to a wolf! We're good honest villagers. Umm...he's got a red potion in his knapsack, can someone get it out for him? I think I may have persuaded him to vote with more force than I meant to."
*The llama continues to lay on the ground, unconscious*
Sigh you are good at this the viligers will win at this rate!
(Rumda voted this round. Otherwise Joos is correct. Krusk, RabidWalnut, and Veecher would be up for inactivity lynching.)
And yay on getting another wolf....maybe we've a chance. *goes and gets the potion the fairy indicated* *pours it in llama's mouth*
BOO-YEAH!!!! THREE FOR FOUR!!!
Erm... Sorry...
There is nothing wrong with the Hangman! He simply has a voice like gravel.
One more victory for the Village! Jyah!
Fullbladder walks quickly to his office, shooting a glare at the ghost of Silkenfist for incriminating the hangman.
(As much as I don't want these villagers to keep dying....I really do think inactivity lynchings are good....killing our fighter or no...)
*The llama sputters, thanks Alarra, and glances up at Navi, still looking quite angry at her.*
http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i3...77/llama-1.png
"hehe...ummm...sorry. But I got a wolf."
*The llama rubs his head and follows the fairy to the bar.*
"Buy me a drink and we'll call it even. If you do that again, though, I'm gonna sell you to Tingle for a map."
*Navi looks horrified.*
"He's the very incarnation of a fairy, you know."
*They trot off to celebrate the death of the wolf.*

((It's only been six days, and we exploited and lynched four wolves. I think that's pretty good.))
Blood looks away from the corpse, feeling a bit safer now that another wolf is dead. He heads home for the night.
