Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
Dude, Antoine is a guy.
That bulge is the guy's sleeve, his arms behind his back.
EDIT:
Here, the family tree, clearly male.

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
Sorry; haircut threw me off i guess.

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
It's okay. My only female characters I've ever made are always clearly female. Chances are, if you have to debate what gender my characters are, they are male.
EDIT: Here's the bandana man's perspective.

EDIT:EDIT:
And here's another punishment. This one illusory. (Warning, Graphic)

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
LOL!
Also; hm, good way of telling who's who (genderwise).

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
Okay, I've compiled the story of bandana man.
The Capture
The Interrogation
The Re-Programming

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
Watched "Batman: Begins" recently?

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
I now present, the UNA forces! (Or at least those I've finished templating)
http://i194.photobucket.com/albums/z...n/ABR/UNA1.png
I still need to draw Erenthes Caytos, Nath Bortak, Grim Ranger, Tiff and Ins, but these are the one's I've drawn so far.

Nah, but I recently re-watched Dark Knight.

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
Is it just me or does everyone have a character on both sides of the fight?

Well, we like to keep all options open. I only have one character though. (Who admittedly, it kind of on both sides of the fight)

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
Finally finished reading the archive.
-
Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
But have you gained any insight as to what's going on from it?
(And btw, the Imperial Eagle in your sig is too large. The max height for unspoilered images in signatures is 120px.)
-
Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
It could be fixed by some easy cropping, though.
-
Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
Eh. Felt lazy.
Also, yes, I understand everything that's going on now.
As for actually making something soon, that's a bit hairier. It all hinges on whether or not I saved my templates to my flash drive. If I did, hooray. If not, then I'll have to remake them all. Or just be incredibly lazy and have blocks with names for everyone.
-
Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
Yay! Saved my templates onto the flash drive!

Having more then one character just complicates things imo. :smalltongue:

Verily. Now playing one character who plays both sides, (not a spy for either too), that's a bit wierd

Does tht mean she won't sell Dorou's head on E-bay?

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
Yeah, I liked Roka.
Is anyone else having issues with page loading on Giant here? I'm halfway to suggesting the backup thread temporarily.

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
Earlier (like two threads ago) I said that Antoine was a member of the "ghosts" a UNA organization. At any one time there are 8 ghosts, plus one "phantom" giving them orders. Each ghost is tied to a certain school of magic. Antoine himself is the ghost of enchantment.
Each ghost has a separate job. Antoine's is interrogation. Evocation leads units into siege on rebel strongholds. Divination spies and listens for conspiracies throughout the city. Transmutation often simply stays back after buffing soldiers. Necromancy converts killed resistance members into a useful workforce. Illusion covers up signs of resistance with her illusions, making the public unaware. Abjuration guards the headquarters and other important places. Finally, Conjuration summons heavy planar support if needed.
Breakdown:
Offensive: Conjuration, Evocation
Defensive: Abjuration, Transmutation
Recruiting: Enchantment, Necromancy
Targeter: Divination
Clean-up: Illusion
Current Ghosts

See, that's why I stick with Paint.
That, and I have absolutely no idea how to use Inkscape.:smallannoyed:
