Heck, Cat practically pirouettes everywhere she goes. She's gonna be a great hunter.

So she is. But personally I'm more interested in seeing if she fries the countryside.
Or what she drags back to camp, for that matter. Five "I told you so" 's on something outside her level.
Yes! The new-page-on-an-even-number curse is broken! I'm free! See pages 4 and 8.
Thank you for enjoying this comic, and I hope you have a nice day!

Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic
Update!
Page 60 - A Many-Layered Skill.
Still a bit sick, myself, but I seem to be on the up.

Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic
To be fair, that's simpler than I expected too.
-
Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic
I mean, she's still starting way ahead of where I would in a situation like this.
-
Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic
Well, to be fair, Cat has her storm powers.
What use would she have for a slingshot?
She can simply go Palpatine on her next meal.

There has enough of the target left that's edible, remember? :smalltongue:

There might be some loss, but what you get comes already fried.
Sounds like a fair trade off to me.:smallamused:

That requires the remains of the target not going past "fried" into "charred".

That's not charred, it's well done.:smalltongue:

It's not "Well done." It's "Charcoal."
Honestly, It's nice to see an update or two like this one,
especially since it means Cat may learn how to defend herself without her lightning.
Which, let's be honest, will probably come in handy sooner or later.
Sooner, in all likelihood.
Thank you for enjoying the comic, and I hope your day gets better!

And now they gang up on poor little me...
That's why no one likes Paladins.
The „charcoal” as you call it forms a nice, protective crust around the meat, keeping all the juices and aroma nicely inside.
Lightning fryed meat is a delicacy.

Wait...you're right. My apologies. I had been referring to the lighting giving more of a possibility of overcooking it.
I meant no offense, seemingly-harmless necromancer.
I hope you have a decent day!

Naw, it's all about a low heat over a long period. Like smoked brisket... delicious.

In D&D, we call that a "critical fail."

That deer thing is too cute. I'm glad she missed.

The demon goat looks way tastier too*, so good for them the shot went off course.
*It shrugged off the pebble to the face and it's up for a fight.
The harder the fight the better the meat.
Bear is the best.
That one's still one of my favourite running gags. Poor Frederik...:smallamused:

Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic
Well. At least we can say we saw this coming.
Of course, we can't say we saw this specific instance coming.
And is it just me, or does the little darling have long, black legs underneath it?
Judging from that black line on it's underside, I mean.
Kangaroo-elk? Duck-deer? Only time will tell.
Anyhow, let's wait and see if they bring Angry back to camp.
Thank you for enjoying this comic, and I hope a nicer day happens to you!

Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic
There are days when yelling at someone would be very cathartic and make you feel so much better, but you can't because you're literally incapable of doing so. Looks like she's having one of those days.

Wonder what Pellan was going to say?

Priority? I mean, there are more pressing matters for him.
Like being a skeleton.

Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic
...He kinda deserved that.
-
Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic
I only have one thing to say to this, in the face of Pellan's response:
Hah!
Here's to hoping Pellan figures out that doing good may be his best chance of survival.
Thank you for enjoying this comic, and I hope you have a nice day!
{EDIT: It seems that this beast is little darling's species after all, if the hind legs are anything to go by.
Also, did the Flame use Evasion just then?}

Page 63 - Lessons Learned?
-
Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic
...Nope, don't think she's learned any.
-
Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic
Yaay, bonding time. :smallwink:
-
Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic
Now that is an expression of pure terror.
And I've got to ask, did they roll a 20, or did it roll a 1?
And lastly, I imagine Pellan's had enough for now.
I suppose my paragraph-posts will be a thing of the past...unless I make a comeback.
Thank you for enjoying this comic, and I hope you have a nice day!

I'm not sure, he looks comfortable under that wildebeast blanket. it's not like his bones are broken or anything.
Yeah I know you know what I did but I'm not ashamed of it
But I can't agree with Cat more: DO IT AGAIN!!!!:smallbiggrin:pleaseno.
