"Work on the wards then. I'm going to check out the R.O.U.S.s." The Admiral says, looking for a place to climb up to investigate the noise. Since the wall is so decorated, perhaps its easy to climb? Guess that depends on how it was decorated.

But since to die permanently, she needs to be killed on Pazuzu's layer of the Abyss, she has a home ground advantage.
Nephrim has shrugged off her rucksack and is holding it in front of her, where she can quickly take something from it.

Re: [Nexus] Reinholdt's Repository

Hmmm... Simply magic that stops the door from being destroyed? Well! That makes tunneling through the door or around it troublesome. So the Wanderer will try something else!
He'll butt his saber up against the key hole!
The glassy weapon warps and deforms until it can slide into the keyhole! As with any skilled Shaper the Wanderer's Focus is largely an extension of his own body and altering its physical shape is a fairly standard exercise. It'll be difficult, but he's trying to work at creating just the right shape to set loose the pins in the lock.
This will take a while, no doubt. Longer the better the lock is made.
That unlocking spell might finish before he does.

Ashley had already cast a flying spell before she headed into the temple, so Mr. C should be just fine when it comes to getting back on the bridge.
She lets the Wanderer do his thing with the hilt, and instead tries to disable the wards with her own magic in case trying to unlock the door triggers something.

Zefir doesn't really give much attention to her threating. He knows that people in the nexus are much more able to survive. Just see Illphi and her fight with Gordon. And as I said the mind controll did take a little effect.
[Artifact Hunt]
Didn't know that it is a fly spell, thought it's something else like a magic net to catch them. After all Mr. C will use that and fly to the door, back first. With an annoyed expression he passes them.
"I really need to search for a trainer f..." *blob*
Mr C just flew into the Door. He turns around watching people looking at the door and doing several stuff.
"Well. Should I go into the lock and just open it?"
Mr. C is 6 inch big, which is for todays locks just to big, but since this seems to be in the past there may be a bigger lock and Mr. c maybe able to shrink himsself a bit.:smallwink:

You have nothing to be afraid of, you're just paranoid and possibly slightly stupid. Accept that I'm a puppet-master, acknowledge that you aren't a puppet. Neither of those things are likely to change any time soon. If my mind control worked you wouldn't be this annoyed." Also, because she suspects it might get up soon to protect the chest.

Re: [Nexus] Reinholdt's Repository

The chest is in fact not locked so Nephrim shouldn't have any problems opening it. As soon as it's flung open however a cloud of dust is released and an transparent dark figure emerges from the container. It's practically shapeless, floating just above the chest, completely motionless.
Then suddenly it speaks in perfect common. "Your wish?"

"Your wish be done." The darkness responds as a subtle change goes through the air. Reality rewriting itself. "My purpose is now fulfilled I can finally escape this wretched place. As a thanks I will give you a warning. Get out while you still can. I intend to tear down these prison walls."
And unless it's somehow stopped the darkness will surge right into the nearest wall, leaving behind a strong smell of burned ashes in it's wake. The shadowy substance which the being seems to have been made up will suddenly start to spread through the walls.
Dust and water suddenly starts to pour out as the whole room starts to shake, like an earthquake which slowly seems to spread through the whole tomb.

I feel I should mention the guardian is still here in case anyone have forgotten it's presence. It just stare at the portal as it opens. waiting for orders.
From the ceiling above dust, dirt and swamp water starts to rain upon them.
[Greg's Group]
The darkness actually came out of the chest, but if Nephrim looks down into it she willl find a rather large demonic doll with several black needles stuck into it and some kind conjuration circle drawn around it. She will likely recognize it from some of the books, it's a tool to bind powerful demons with.
Otherwise the room don't contain anything of value so Zefir can exit as the tomb slowly starts to crumble around him.

The guardian follows her into the portal and they will end up outside where a group of rather surprised gnolls are waiting. It's the same group as before with one key difference, they all got large bat-wings which appears to have shocked them somewhat.
Greg's Group
The two will manage to escape before the temple collapses over their heads, finally surrendering to the swamp around them which seems to devour it completely. As they get above ground they can see the black presence they just released even tear down the decaying statue which had been placed just outside the tomb.
It crumbles into pieces and with it the last physical traces that there have ever been a tomb here disappears into the swamp.
