It's obviously shopped, you can tell by the pixels and I've seen a few shops in my time.
Photoshopped? You flatter me.
I put it together in MS Paint over the course of an hour. I thought it was clear that I was joking :smalltongue:
I see what you did there...
So, if I've learned one thing from L4D2 today, it's that the military hates friendship.
Dammit Valve. I always loved you, but this...
You built a helicopter with safeguards against friendship.
AGAINST FRIENDSHIP.
Friendship is dead weight. It could cause a helicopter to crash.
Watch this now.
That is all.
You should all watch this as well.

I don't feel like my life has been significantly enriched.
Okay my new project is to get 14 Napper's Respites and paint them each a different colour.
If you've got a paint can or a Napper's to trade, or perhaps even to donate, that would be much appreciated.
CURRENT STATUS: 0 Completed Nappers
2 Paint Cans
I just traded for a Napper's Respite yesterday, my second non-event hat and my first non-event Pyro hat...
But but but but but first Pyro hat.
Got some other Pyro hat to trade, by any chance...?
Priority 1: Get stuff to trade. My entire worth right now is one Reclaimed, an Equalizer, a few Vintage weapons and a couple of crates. Oh, and a few Duelling sets. Can't forget those.
Gentlemen, I suggest we all partake in the viewing pleasure of this moving picture, found on the site referred to as 'Youtube', whereupon we derive much amusement from the aforementioned moving picture.
It is about the story of the exhilarating exploits of the gentleman infiltrator and his encounter with the thick-witted opposite team. It is indeed a marvellous and highly amusing moving picture, I assure you.
SpoilerTranslation: Hey guys, I found this funny movie on Youtube, and I think it's really funny.
It's about the Spy and the enemy team. It is so good, I swear.
I finally have a gold Vintage Fancy Fedora. LOOK UPON MY YELLOW HAT, YE MIGHTY, AND DESPAIR.
Now all I need is a Vintage Vintage Tyrolean and another can of Australium Gold.
Oh my, is this turning into a big trading thread now or something?
Also, I've been playing for about a month now. Did a good bit of trading too.
Still, anyone have any tips on how to be a good spy? Everyone always seems to figure me out :(
I usually get cloak and dagger and then weave my way through the turret location until I'm in a corner, out of the way. I then wait until everyone has their back to me, then decloak and backstab everyone I can before I die. Sapping all the turrets quickly before backstabbing happy is also a requirement.
Dread! There is officially a free Napper's waiting for you next time you catch me online. Valaqil was kind enough to give me a wicked sombrero to fill my potential Pyro hat void. So, when you think about it, the Napper's really coming from him. I'm just a deliveryman.
Take this with a bit of salt, as I've only recently changed from 'utterly horrible spy' to 'can fake knowing what I'm doing on a good day if the wind blows right and the opposing Pyros are less spastic than usual.'
First off, don't rely on your disguise as a protection. Its uses are preventing you from getting blown away by sentries that you didn't know were there and letting you see the enemy's team health so you know who is ripe for a quick revolvering. Otherwise, you should never be close enough to anybody to get spychecked unless you're about to stab them (and they will turn around randomly and unload a rocket/minigun/flamethrower in your face anyway about half the time. This is something you pretty much just have to get used to- on servers where good spies hang out, people watch their backs.)
Remember to use your revolver. It's a pretty good weapon if you learn to shoot, and is excellent for picking off foes retreating from a fight- just because you *can* backstab doesn't mean all your kills have to be or should be backstabs (especially because the Knife is the worst melee weapon in the game, so if you miss that stab you can be pretty sure you're dead.)
I don't recommend the Cloak and Dagger as your standard watch. The infinite cloak is comforting, and it has its applications in helping take out engy constructions, but it makes you move a lot slower and encourages you to do nothing. Remember, every minute you spend lurking in a corner waiting for the 'perfect opportunity' is a minute your team is functionally short a player. If you know your way to the map's supply points or can just swing by the wreckage of a battle for dropped weapons you'll get more useful cloak time from the Invisibility Watch.
Ideally, when assaulting an engineer base you will be able to do a stab-'n-sap; hit the Engineer, put a sapper on the Sentry while it swings around, laugh Frenchily. Unfortunately, Sentries seem to react a lot faster now then they used to, and chances are a good opportunity to stab the Engy won't match the timing of a safe time to put a Sapper on the Sentry. So put the Sapper on first. This will reveal you, but it will give you a few seconds to deal with the Engy. Try and maneuver around him for a stab, or pull your revolver and put some bullets in him, whatever. If he goes for your Sapper first, you can just keep putting it on there- the Sapper does damage faster than it can be knocked off and repaired, so you will win unless help arrives for the Engineer. If he goes after you, run away- the longer you can keep him from going back for the Sapper, the better, and many players will fixate on tracking down and finishing off a Spy (this can also be a useful phenomenon when performing a spy-cap/cart push, or when you have just shot somebody in the back; a significant fraction of the enemy team is liable to come after you, which can draw them far from the main battle line and give the rest of your team a chance to push through.)
