R U looking for the Chalupa! PM in the words you found. Like the word "Paces"
The points add up decisively today. With more then enough votes, the crowd is convinced that the furry llama http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i2...-chewbacca.gif who has been quacking a lot is nothing more then a duck in disguise.
Quack.
Stop that. People will think you're a duck.
Quackity quack quack.
Are you a duck who can't speak Llamese?
Quack!
If you keep doing that, we're gonna kill ya.
Quack?
Okay. That's it!
The Llama's gather round to string the furry Llama up. As they do however, a Masked Llama in a cape with a large H on his chest flies in.
Hey guys! Guess what I figured out. I figured out how to act like that crazy Howard the Duck! Watch.
The masked llama grabs the furry llama and flies him away, leaving a confused and infuriated crowd. In their rage, they turn their attention to two others.
Hey. You two! What do you think you're doing?
They get no response.
They must be ducks. They can't speak Llamese either!
Maybe they just can't speak.
Nah. Definitely Ducks. Let's get them!
So the crowd grabs Stu42 and Griever and bring them up to the noose. The ropes are set. The lever is pulled.
Summary:

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
*grumbles about seers letting themselves get autolynched*
*hopes that Howard knows what he's doing*

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Well, that was not entirly unexpected...
-
Night
It's an extremely quiet night in llamaland.
Five
So quiet, the narrators thought of extending the night so people can get their actions in.
So they decided to check and see how much longer the night could last, by checking in with the resident Astronomer, Zar Peter.
Hey ZP. How long should we make the night last?
Well that depends....
Depends on what.
Well, how many llama's will die when the night ends. Because if it's a lot, then we should certainly give them a fighting chance - y'know - with the forums being so spotty and all.
It's just one person tonight. Ducks made the kill.
Well if it's just one, then I can't see any reason to hold back the sun and let the stars have all the glory then.
Glad to hear it.
So, since I helped out, any chance I can find out who that one person is right away?
Sure can. Here, open this envelope when the day starts. The person who dies is named inside
Sweet!
So Zar Peter talks with the stars, and gets them to dissipate while he brings the sun up. As the sun begins to rise, he open the envelope.
Oh hell, well if I *hrrrrk*....
Summary
Spoiler
Show
Zar Peter was killed by the ducks. Zar Peter was a Llama Mason
A few things of note:
No, you don't have to send all the words in the correct order, you just have to find all of them for the Secret Chalupa Sidequest. So PM in what you have.
The words have been hiding in narration posts since the grave was dug up. Similar to the assassin kills, only we've also been using the Title Bar. :smallwink:
Day 6 Begins. Day 6 will end in 48+ hours.

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
I heard a rumor that Zeb the Troll likes Chalupas. Any truth to this?
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Yeah wasn't Zeb the Troll the guy who told everyone about the side quest early?
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
isn't it unusual for lamech to follow a bandwagon? :smallconfused:
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Yeah, but I need to be studying more I have finals for this week. Two does not a bandwagon make.
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Lamech like Yoda he speaks! A Duck, only would!:smalltongue:
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Zeb the Troll, for... um. Give me a few hours to come up with a reason.
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Szilard, for insinuating that a duck, I am.
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Right. I'm rather curious about Banjo's role as it'd tell us a bit about the Howard.
Maybe.
But I'm going with ThePhantom for being 3rd on a wagon with no reasons.

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Reinholdt for point-chaining fun.

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
PirateMonk because:
1. I don't like math.
and
2. I find this boring and have no motivation to think up logic.

By his own logic Szilard must be a Duck.

Have you, by any chance, read any works of Stanisław Lem? This descpription is suspiciously like some of his own, especially that part about the electric cage within a cage :smallwink:
By the way, Lem had an excellent english translation by M. Kandel, so if you want to read some of the best SF works ever written, if a bit unconventional, I can recommend it, especially "The Cyberiad", or the story "Uciekający" within the novel "Tchórz" (I don't know its english name, though).
Oh, and I agree about Szilard :smalltongue:

Read one of the chapters from the Star Diaries for school earlier this year. Funny guy, that.
And I shall follow the Lem-knower and point at Szilard! For the win!

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
You know, I happen to live in the same country. And, from about ~2004, in the same city. I even got to attend the burial. :smalltongue:
And my father has a collection of first prints, some with autographs :smalltongue:
So, I can say I recommend most of his works, but I pointed on "Cyberiad" because it is easiest on new readers (Though "Star Diaries" would work as well, but these had a lot of insider comments someone from the outside might not get). These were the most light-hearted, but if you can get past Lem's pessimism about interplanetary contacts the rest of it is also excellent (Eden, Fiasco, His Masters Voice, Peace on Earth, Golem) - especially if you want to read about really alien aliens and A.I.s, so different from a typical human with a few silicon bits.

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
I've yet to see any logic against Zeb or Szilard. Sooooooo.....Lamech.
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Banjo your the guy a howard thought it was nessacary to save... hmm... I would suggest lynching you! Because umm... anyway.:smalltongue:
I think that we shouldn't vote for me because there is a tiny bit of logic that points to Lamech. (Disregard that its the only logic.):smallwink: Simply because I'm acting strange doesn't mean I'm a duck its a sign of finals. You guys can all trust me right?
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
No no no noooo.
Lamech, I'm having finals and I'm not acting strange? Right? RIGHT?
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity

Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Looks like we'll find out the deal with Banjo another day.
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Umm...Lamech...you are acting a bit odd.
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
I support the Alarra contingency. Lamech.
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
'Larra logic is close to LLama logic, and therefore the correct type of LLogic to use in this game. *The LLama Bandito points El Pepito at Lamech*
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Szilard to even the bandwagons abit.
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
ThePhantom. Is it just me or was he a little quick to jump on that bandwagon?(Kind of like lamech, but different)
-
Re: Llama Llama Duck 2 - Game Thread - The Return of Insanity
Actually catseye, that just sounded like an excuse to not use your vote to sway the actual results of this day. But maybe I'm just being paranoid.
