Bronsk
Bronsk seems startled at the sudden flurry of movement, and seeing Karl jump out the window, quickly runs to it and looks out, trying to track Karl's progress.
Damn. I hope he doesn't start setting fire to people again.
Bronsk looks tenatively for an easy way to scale to the roof from the window.
Lisaa does spot a ladder leading up to a closed hatch in the ceiling. There doesn't seem to be any other ways to get up to the top floor. Meanwhile Karl floats up to the roof and notices a tiny person nimbly jumping from rooftop to rooftop. The individual is incredibly swift for someone so small, but because it is wearing a cloak he can't identify the individual. For Bronsk, there is no "easy way" up on the roof from the window. He could grab hold of the roof and drag himself up. It would be difficult, but not impossible.
(Climb DC 15)
Damnation! Karl pulls himself onto the roof, and runs after the cloaked figure as fast as he can, levitating up over anything too big to jump.
Lisaa
Lisaa climbs up the ladder and tries to open the hatch. If it opens she climbs up through the opening.
Bronsk
Bronsk glances back at Tyrgen with a slightly-panicked look on his face.
"I'll go; Gotta make sure he doesn't set anyone else on fire."
Grunting with the effort, Bronsk hoists himself onto the windowsill, his boots scrabbling for purchase as he looks for a handhold to the roof above.
[roll0]
Bronsk tries to heave himself onto the roof, but he slips and barely manages to keep himself from falling down. He then grits his teeth and makes a second attempt, and this time he manages to drag himself up onto the roof. Lisaa manages to open the hatch, and opens it with a loud *thud*. In the room above, Lisaa spots a window leading out to the roof, as well as several objects covered by dusty cloth. Karl finds it incredibly difficult to keep up with the spy, as he moves and jumps so quickly that he has problems following him with his eyes. Still, Karl follows as swiftly as he can. Finally, the spy disappears, having probably entered a building, but from where he stands, Karl can't see which building. A quick scan reveals that he is close to the museum where he first saw Bronsk and Lisaa. Far behind him, he can see Bronsk standing on the inn.
Karl looks around, and snarls in irritation. He sees the museum, thinks for a moment, and then runs and levitates toward it.
Lisaa
Lisaa jumps to the window and looks through it.
Through the window, Lisaa can see Karl chasing after the spy across the rooftops.
Karl floats towards the Museum. Both windows on the second floor are closed, and that is the window on the third floor too. From the third floor however, he can hear the sound of two individuals speaking. One male voice, and a female voice.
(Yes, the timeline isn't entirely correct. If Lisaa waits, she will see Karl suddenly floating towards a building.)
Karl lands on the ground, and runs over to the museum, beneath the window to the third floor. Then he jumps up, aiming to float up to the window.
When Karl attempts to float up, he finds that the magical powers of the potion has worn off.
(Sorry. 3 minutes has passed since you drank the potion.)
Lisaa
Lisaa jumps out of the window and tries to follow Karl over the roofs of the buildings.
((Elves can do that ! :smallwink: Jump or Balance checks ?))
Karl grimaces. Nothing I can do. He strains his ears to try and see what's being said.
Bronsk
Squinting in the darkness, Bronsk tries to follow Karl's motions as best he can. He waits, somewhat fretfully, to see if Tyrgen is coming.
(Bronsk will offer a hand if Tyrgen tries coming through the window)
Tyrgen
Tyrgen attempts to follow Bronsk out of the window and up onto the roof.

Bronsk
the shaggy-haired youth's white sleeves almost glow in the moonlight.
"That way" he says, simply, pointing to where he last saw Karl.
Picking his way across the rooftops, he proceeds towards the museum.
From where he is standing on the ground, Karl can't hear the exact words in the conversation. He can only catch the general tone, which seems to be light-hearted and friendly. When Bronsk, Lisaa and Tyrgen arrives, the speaking has silenced a bit, so they can't hear any actual words either. Not much happens, until they all hear the sound of something heavy falling down the stairs inside the building. The speaking immediately stops and less than three seconds later they hear the sound of the girl screaming.
Karl dashes around to the front of the museum, and tries to open the front door.
(OOC: Does Bronsk see an easy way into the museum from the nearby rooftop?)
Lisaa
Lisaa follows Karl to the front door. She draws her shortsword on the way.
Tyrgen
Tyrgen follows the others to the front door, almost absent-mindedly pulling out his glaive as he does so, while his gaze flickers warily across the museum's windows. What's happening in there?
Bronsk
Bronsk blanches at little at the ease with which everyone around him appears to be drawing weapons, but for the moment, he returns his gaze to the side of the building, looking for another entry.
When Karl rounds the corner to the museum, he notices a person running away from the building with an incredible speed. There is no way he can catch up with the person without some sort of magic. The door to the Museum is open, and inside he can see the elderly owner of the Museum lying at the bottom of the stairs in a pool of blood with a crossbow bolt sticking out of his chest. His granddaughter is holding his lifeless body and cries. When Tyrgen and Lisaa rounds the corner shortly afterwards, they too see what Karl sees. Bronsk however, can't find any other entrance into the Museum other than the windows on the second and third floor.
Oh no... Karl turns to Bronsk. You're a healer, quick check if you can save him!
Bronsk
Karl is addressing thin air as Bronsk is already rushing forward to kneel at the stricken man's side.
(OOC: I suspect it's too late, but a quick [roll0] should let me know hs condition.)
Nina's crying slows down slightly when she notices Bronsk. She gently allows him to examine the old man. He is still alive, but only barely so, and will bleed to death if nothing is done to help him quickly.
Bronsk
Mentally thanking Vakri for his foresight, Bronsk carefully channels some of the healing energy of the spirits into the old man.
[roll0]
The wound closes around the bolt that is still sticking out of his chest, and the bleeding seems to mostly stop. A more healthy colour slowly floods into the old man's face, but he still isn't concious. Nina is still crying, but now it is tears of relief. "T... thank you." She stutters through her tears.
Bronsk
Sucking in a breath of relief as well, Bronsk examines the wound. Thinking carefully, he retireves a compact white-painted case from a pouch on his oddly-bulky belt and takes a few instruments and tools out.
"He'll be all right, but thiz may take a while. Got to get the bolt out soon. May I?" Bronsk taps the healer's patch on his sleeve.
"Karl, can hyu use those flames of yours to heat some water? Or maybe some decent light?"
