I can't stress how sorry I am. I didn't have this OoC in my suscriptions and I hadn't been playing attention to the inbox. i just assumed Ledger was not even expected anymore.
No worries! I can't exactly say I've been top of everything like I'd want to be, and I run the game.
If you're still interested, you'd be on the boat with the party as they approach the Lizardfolk lair, and everyone is making perception checks as they approach.
Except for me, apparently I’m trying to read a salad.

Alright, now that you're aware of them, you can try to make a group stealth check to avoid being seen. It'll be a challenging DC but not impossible (well, I haven't seen your Stealth checks), you're looking for half the group to pass it.
So everyone should roll Stealth or if you're proficient with Water Vehicles roll 1d20+proficiency+(Str or Dex)
There are technically 3 NPCs with you. If you'd like me to roll for them I can, or we can just ignore them. If I'm rolling for them, the two town guards are rolling 1d20+3 (being proficient with Water Vehicles) and Oceanus is rolling 1d20+1 but with advantage for living in the water.
As an update, it's down to you three again - the new players aren't going to be joining. I had a few more people express interest so I'll reach out to them and see if we can add to our party of 3.
I think I missed the roll all together?

Been busy, but using that ability will get around the stealth check - I'll narrate you guys getting to the shore later today (still have a couple hours of work left).
As an aside. The fog bank moves with me. So if I go up the stairs I technically remove the cover for the ship. I can and would wait until I (Caspian who is a sailor) believed the ship was back out to sea before venturing up the stairs.
15 x 15 foot room with 4 Lizardfolk and at least 3 PCs. Kind of crowded. Attack or try to sneak through?
Personally I hate leaving guards behind us to back up fights later.
I've been having problems with the forum, just checking in on what y'all wanna do.
Was kind of hoping to resolve things peacefully but I don't think that's going to be an option.
I'm good with deception and persuasion. However, I don't speak draconic so it will be a gamble on if they even understand what I say.
Sorry, I've been pretty busy. But do we have a definite decision on what you're doing?
I am willing to assume they don't speak common so casting Burning Hands in their face would be the path forward.
Sounds good to me
OK. Roll for Damage. They don't see you because of the cloud, and I figure you have time to angle yourself and hit all of them. They've have disadvantage on the save, due to not seeing you.

Sorry. Stuff has come up IRL and even before that I haven't put aside the time for this campaign. I don't think I'll have time in the near future so I think it might be better to officially end the game rather than let it hang on in limbo.
I haven't been on here for a while, because I had a medical episode that put me off gaming for a while. That said, I very much enjoyed this game while it was running. Thank you very much for running it for as long as you did. It was a great deal of fun.
It was fun while it lasted.
Look forward to the next game we share together.
