Move Silently [roll1]
Just the collection of silver pieces on them, and the room is barren.
While listening at the door, you hear slight sounds of movement just on the other side.
I pick up the silver coins and leave them in a pile on the ground, I pick one up with my free hand (other hand has the eggshell grenade) and crack the door open carefully and peer inside.
What do I see?

Attack Roll (Ranged Increment of 5ft) (It's a splash weapon so roll where it lands on a miss) (Splash is a 5ft radius and blinds for 1 round on a failed DC10 Fort Save)

If it hits,

And draw both kukris.
It misses, but regardless of where it hits, the splash should hit him. Rolling to see if it lands in the one square where it will hit you as well.

If it hits, can I lop off his head?
Sure, it's more than enough to drop him.
The head bounces off the wall due to the force of the swing, and rolls to rest in the fire. Mmm, kobold crisps.
A pity... I wonder?
I search the body and look around the room.
Can I roast the kobold to make rations?
If you want to make a profession(cooking or similar) or survival check, sure. I dunno if kobold are edible, but I can check my dragon books for any notes regarding poison. Barring that, I'd guess they are.
Now, on to the important bit...the loot.
90 Silver Pieces, and of course, the gear he was carrying.
Also, +150 XP.
You also see a wooden chest in the corner.
I move the pile of SP from the previous room to the center of this room and add the 90 SP to it, and go search the chest.
Search [roll0]
If I detect nothing, I try to open it.
Nothing detected, but upon opening it, you find 20 GP and a potion of CLW.
Is there a door? If so, I listen through the door if I can hear anything.
Listen: [roll0]
If I hear nothing, I open the door and creep 5ft in
Move Silently [roll1]
If I hear something, I'll take a different action.
If there's no door, I go back to the room we started (taking the money pile with me), and unbar the bottom door.
No door.
The bottom door has been unbarred. Nothing charges through to try to kill you.
Next step?
Tyndmyr:
SpoilerI believe that the one-kobold encounter should award 75 xp. Change it or leave as is?
Doesn't sound too hopeful...
I creep 5ft past the door and look around.

Thelas:
Spoiler
Leave as is. Was doing it for all the characters for a while, due to the incorrect CR listing in the SRD quick reference. I'll do 75 from here on out, but it's not worth going back and changing a whole buncha chars over 75 xp each.
lvl 1 sharnian:
Once you open the door, you see a short, narrow, unlit, hallway, five feet in width, and twenty in length. Just over halfway down, a door leads to the left, while at the end, another door leads straight ahead.
I creep to the door in the middle and listen

Listen [roll1]
You hear sounds of movement from within. You're not sure, but you think you hear two distinct creatures.
I open the door and stand in the door way, what do I see?
In a particularily messy 15ft by 15ft room, you see two zombie kobolds feasting on the remains of one of their brethren. There is a door on the far side of the room. One of the zombies appears to have noticed your entry, and is looking up with either interest or hunger, it's hard to tell.
Surprise round for you.
