Since his speech was not cut off mid-word, but at the end of the word, I don't think that counts.

Find me something that looks like a malformed sperm going into a hairy vagina.
Just kidding, it's http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0660.html panel 4.
I want some some lightsabres. *zzzZZZZzzzwhhooosh*
Actually, no. While that is an interesting observation, it does not answer the question asked. The question asks for a word that, when cut off, would sound the same spoken as if the word itself were complete. Roy completing Yikyik's word for him does not qualify.
Also, lightsabers.
so.....about that question?
Oh! Apologies, I've been away and forgotten to check in. Yes, you are all due a hint: The sentence is cut off due to the death of the character speaking it.
I know when to admit that I've been beaten - another hint, please?
Worth a shot tho'.
OQ if correct.
Find Elan losing his first, second, and third rapiers.
The second one doesn't count, as his rapier isn't on-screen there. :smallwink:
Hint: The second one's loss takes place during the current story arc.
In the first place, he lost his sword, and everything else, when Nale changed places with him and took all his stuff.
In the second place, he clearly has a sword, and loses it, in panel 2.
He uses that rapier again in the very next strip (and loses it again, if you count dropping it as he did in both strips as "losing it"). In fact, that's also what happens within the Tarquin fight - he is disarmed, and drops it - so unless that does actually count, it strikes me that the example with him fighting Tarquin shouldn't be counted either....
rgrekejin is close enough, though I was originally referring to #714. :smallwink:
In hindsight, I probably should have added a note that my question didn't nessecarily require the rapier's destruction, and that it had to be on-panel. :smalltongue:
Is it OQ? If so...
What might lead to someone being eaten by a tiger several months later?
Being hit by a rock thrown by a halfling.
...thank goodness, I broke up the chain of robed casters.
OQ
Easy one:
What is the primary purpose of barbeque sauce in a dungeon?
Making adventurers into pub snacks for the giant serpents.
OQ. (Unless a link is required, in which case someone else can provide it and then ask a question. :smalltongue:)
Find a framed wedding photo.
Panel 5.
Find me an instance of a Gollum-like speech pattern.
How closely "like" is "Gollum-like"? It's not exact, but "Thog hate you, stupid metal bars" is pretty similar to "Smeagol hate nasty elf bread"... Name-in-third-person, expression of hate, negative adjective, descriptive adjective, object starting with 'b'...
It might fall under the "answers the question well enough to count" category, but I'm guessing it wasn't what you're going for. OQ if you want to accept it.
