Jennifer Hale has been in, like, EVERYTHING. (Just check her wiki page. Like Tara Strong has, for that matter...)
If I may:

Yeah she does toons too but I'm seeing more minor roles there. Which might sound good for ponies... but they aren't exactly the most character heavy show, and the voices even less so
Also still seeing a lot more game ones.

Hm, that one may be a contender for the Luna/Rarity(or Twilight, hard to tell) one that has graced my desktop since august.

Sadly, it's not high enough resolution, or I'd add it to the regular rotation (I have 54 backgrounds in service, though that number might be changing slightly soon).
If there's a roughly-1080p or higher version available, I'd be glad to know of it.
Found one! At roughly twice the size I was looking for, too!

Re: My Little Pony LIV:E Long and Pony!
Okay, so I have been invited to be a judge and/or participate in a fanfiction contest to support the "Hearth's Warming Care Package". I'm more than willing to be a judge, but do you think I should enter? And should I create something new with one of the ideas I have sitting around, or should I dust off the Fluttershy Mindscape idea that I have half finished?
Contest info here:

You met a Gaelbert, and he's just a rare as a KPenguin. He's like, the Ponythread Blue specific ponymon, to Kpenugin's ponythread Red specificity.
But yeah, out-hanging is nice. We must do it again sometime.

I haven't actually gone and counted them, but my impression is that one-shot characters are pretty frequent in the show. I'd say... about half the episodes, give or take?

I agree 1pm EST was a bit awkward as I'm in Orlando. By then I just finished lunch and pretty much all other cartoons were over and done with. The only benefit was that it encouraged me to get the floors mopped first thing in the morning.

First thing in my mind was a vague pink pony on the couch throwing a party.

In this modern world of ours, it's hard to draw a line.
What level of taxation is appropriate and how should it be distributed? How interventionist should foreign policy be? What level of European integration is appropriate?
How much pony is too much pony?
Fortunately, I'm here to give you a line.
This much pony is too much pony.

The Simpson family runs in, but instead of the couch there are five colourful ponies, which they sit on. The ponys then ride away on rainbow beams.
Lisa look positively ecstatic the entire time. Homer and Bart less so.

And Trixie and Chrysalis are both done by Kathleen Barr while Andrew Francis voiced Braburn and Shiny. And how many is Tabitha up to now? The show has fewer voices then characters.
To put it another way, what would Jennifer Hale add particular to her they would need to cast her for? And if they don't need to cast her in particular... then why her in particular?
Remember the bar I placed is plausible but unlikely.

Nonsense. Just because Brunette Pie is riding what looks like a pterodactyl doesn't mean that there's such a thing as an upper limit to pony.

That's okay, it wouldn't have worked out in the long term. It was always going to be "Anarion, when you are going to run a Mage game?" wasn't it?"

Nah, that's an okay amount of pony, it's merely juxtaposed with an OMG WHAT IN GOD'S NAME CREATED THAT ABOMINATION.

This isn't too much or too little pony. It's both. The uncanny valley of pony where either less or more pony would fix.
