Anyway, again, it's more likely that they are taking clothing off the dea- their fallen comrades (especially after Thahn's shoes).
There was actually a debate over this a while back, but I think the simplest explanation is that Rich made a mistake, and it can easily be explained via Revive Undead (a fitting spell for Tsukiko from a fitting sourcebook for Tsukiko). (If Rich wanted to illustrate that other wights take clothes like our buddy with Thanh's shoes, it would have made more sense to divide Isamu's equipment among the wights.)
Anyway, the reason I came to this thread is because I just noticed that the ancient black dragon's dweomer matches her eyes (not 100%, but I used to be confused why Rich gave her red). The same goes for the half-dragon caster seen in the Genocide montage.

It was established in a recent thread that every magic using character has had eyes that match their dweomer when casting/preparing to cast.

this comic. You could have the interpretation that the Twelve Gods DID actually arrange for her [Miko] escape to give her a second chance. As soon as she gets out of the building, what does she see? Azure City in flames. That's a pretty sure sign that she's supposed to go protect the city, right? And since she's Fallen, she technically doesn't need to protect the Gate anymore. If she had gone down into the horde of hobgoblins and started killing them, Redcloak and Xykon would have been snuffed out by the spirits of the Sapphire Guard. All it takes is Jirix watching the demise of his Supreme Leader for mass chaos to break out among the troops. This gives the remaining soldiers enough of an advantage to chase the hobgoblins out the city, with Miko and the Order's help.
The Twelve Gods might have actually had a great destiny for Miko. She could have saved Azure City from being overrun by hobgoblins. She would have allowed Soon's Gate to remain intact. It's too bad that her narcissistic, holier-than-thou attitude and nasty habit of jumping to conclusions screwed it all up.
Actually, I think the 12 had a better destiny than you think. Remember, Soon finally freaks out Xykon by saying that after killing him he just needs to tell "the first human to enter the room" how to destroy Xykon's phylactery. Miko was that person. It was her destiny to destroy Xykon. Possibly even be the one to destroy RedCloak's cloak. But as you say, she screwed it all up.

The girl haley sends to check on Roy's cart here has shorter hair here. It's not by much, but it's noticeable.

I just realized while thinking about the city and all... Vaarsuvius = Mt. Vesuvius (I always got that much...) and Pompey = Pompeii... I never caught that relation there, huh...

Re: Things you never noticed
I just saw in Start of Darkness on page 12 the last three panels have someone who may be a teenage Miko:miko: She looks just like her and has the rightousness and everything.

If we assume that girl is only sixteen (and I'd wager that she's meant to be older), then that would make Miko fifty when she met the Order. It can't be her.

Re: Things you never noticed
in start of darkness Spoiler
Show
Xykon's paralyzing touch kills several lesser goblins
and here Jirix is leaning away from Xykon's hand with an :smalleek: face

Nah, I think he's leaning away from Xykon's outburst, since Xykon actually touches him a few panels earlier and nothing happens.

in 696, the stick Elan is using is the same stick from the cast page and on the origin of pcs

Re: Things you never noticed
A small detail on an old strip, but I just noticed that...
In #122, the apple seller girl had actually changed clothes for something skimpier during the preparations for receiving adventurers. :smalleek:
"I love small towns" indeed.

Re: Things you never noticed
In #123 Roy is the only male that doesn't eavesdrop on purpose.

Re: Things you never noticed
I just got the joke when Belkar put a hit out on YokYok(?) and came to Roy with chunky salsa. Death by massive damage must have been fun to watch

#635, the choir of dead pedophiles? Take a comparison between them and One Winged Angel.
Aes-tu-ans Inte-rius Ira Veh-em-en-ti

Bun-Kus No-Such/ Gib-Be-roos Goo-be-loos

When the syllables in the latter are slurred together like they are, it's a perfect match!

Yes but the Black Dragon eyes always match the color of the dweomer.

Haley says, "send someone." Halberd girl delegates and the task falls to girl in 534.

I really don't understand what you're saying here. The girl in the first comic you linked isn't even in the second one.

I can't speak for Kallt Tag, but what makes me sure of it is the fact that we see the girl checking the cart, and it's clearly a different person to the one Haley spoke to. I can't imagine for one minute why you'd assume they're supposed to be the same.

That's what i put up when i want to flame someone. Badly. It shows what the overall tone would have been. In that case "raging anger... oh forget it"
@Nimrod: Because i don't see much reason to switch from Nameless mook #1 to nameless mook #2 for the purpose of that page, as well as another reason that i can't figure out how to put into words without assuming they're the same person >.> at all

Re: Things you never noticed
Well, I'm pretty sure someone noticed it, but I found it today and smiled a bit.
In comic 37, The chieftain has a wolf/fox skin on his back, with a head on the top. Now, it normally has it's eyes shut, but when Xykon casts the lightning, the eyes are opened because of the shock!

Hehe, didn't noticed that before:)
