[Underground Labs - Sora]
((In turn, sorry for putting this off so long. I'd also like a link to our Scene in home, if I could get one; I can't find it >.<))
"With the proper application of power and motions?"
He grins
"Anything."

[Underground Labs - Sora]
"I'm not sure I understand," Dexter says calmly, eyeing the sorcerer.
[Underground Labs - Sora]
"Simple enough," Sora says, "The planes work on belief. If you believe something, it exists. There's a man somewhere. He doesn't know how he came into being because someone lied until he existed, and if he ever found out, he'd cease to exist. The exalted? On Earth, they're the main characters of a roleplaying game. A world that has no connection to them at all! And yet, here they are."
"I believe I can do magic. With enough knowledge, I can do any magic. I can do this because I know I can, and because every other wizard I've met has done the same. The collective belief of us imposed an order on the cosmos as to how we cast spells, and how we do it. The fact that I believe that with enough work I can do anything, is, in fact, just that. Fact."
[Underground Labs - Sora]
"That's... that isn't how it works," Dexter says, actually flustered. He hasn't been this excited by a find (or quite so perturbed) in a very long time. "You don't just impose things on the universe. It's the other way around."
[Underground Labs - Sora]
"Says what?" Asks Sora, leaning in close, "Your belief in how the universe works?"
[Underground Labs - Sora]
"No. Says science. Says fact," Dexter says staunchly, though it's clear Sora's gotten to him. Or at least, something's gotten to him. "You can't just wish upon a star."
[Underground Labs - Room 2007]
((This is Andy's research plot, please tell me first if there is a point you would interrupt him))
Andy occupy the room for his researches. The room is very big so he shouldn't interrupt ay other researches. One edge is filled with the batteries Elexxion gave him for his researches. There should be a few.
On the first day Andy focus on scanning the whole suit. It got first priority that the system has 100% function before he tests anything. The whole checkup will go fine, but it offers some data that can be a trouble. The battery aren't usefull for longterm work. Something he needs to work on to get the boss into a better mood.
Then he starts with the tests.
"Let's see what we got here."
To be continued....
[Underground Labs - Sora]
"Science, as well as magical theory, are just a collection of educated hypothesis based on the way things work." Sora says, "If you want to chase that particular thread further, I can take you out to Sigil and back; some people claim it's the center of the planes. it's an excellent place to learn about this sort of thing."
[Underground Labs - Sora]
"I don't know," Dexter says, not used to this sort've surprise. He is quite the placid fellow. The mechanical engineer falls into a seat and eyes Sora. Gods, he isn't sure how deep he wants to get here. The revelations continue to boggle his mind. "Wait... I thought this Nexus was supposed to be the center of everything."
[Underground Labs - Room 2007]
That picture isn't quite working.
In any case, Andy will be piled with different battery models. They all have the inconvenient need to be charged, however - none run on their own for extended periods of time. He's also given a pair of robotic servants to make use of in lab work, if Andy so wishes.
[Underground Labs - Sora]
Sora shakes his head, "It may be more accurate to say that the Nexus is the bottom of everything. It's like a pan that catches the things that fall out of other realities. Much of the people who get here got here by accident, after all."
[Underground Labs - Room 2007]
Hpe this works:
Well in this case he will take the robotic help. Someone needs to charge the batteries and this is one of the first things he needs to do. At least it's important that the batteries work.
[Underground Labs - Sora]
"So..." Dexter narrows his eyes again. A solemn look crosses his face. "What's under the Nexus?"
[Lobby]
Deadra Nightshade enters the lobby, scanning the room for the nearest employee.
[Lobby]
Right behind Deadra enters a human man. he is of average size due to human standarts. He wears a lab coat and blue jeans which appears rather comfortable.
The man holds a clipboard in hand and it appears he is looking straith at it, but it's empty.
[Lobby]
The man looks up with one eye, while the other one, which has no Iris, seems to still focus on the clip boards.
"I don't know. This depends on the questions you have."
he tries to be friendly, but half focused on something else may leave a different impression.
[Lobby]
It needs a few moments to save the data he was working on before he can spend more attention to Deadra.
"Yes, even if this isn't my main subject. I will try to answer your question as I'm able to."
The man narrows his eyes. He starts getting in a defence stand. His experience with sun hater wasn't good.
"I don't know. We are able to let is regrow or replace it, but for such a prupose you would need to ask someone else."
"Well that's something Elexxion is able to do." he sais, still a bit defensive.
"Could you be more specific? I mean do you want more arms like you have now or should they have special feats?"
The man just shrugs.
"Maybe. In my opinion even one more is one to many."
And there we need Murkus, because he is in controll of those people around here. Expect the PC's^^
"I'm not sure. you should ask at the reception I think."
It's still obviouse that the man dislikes the idea of having more arms.
[Garage]
Arachne's shields spark and flare, rounds carving channels in her flesh, and a few piercing her armor - the left side of her mandibles hangs limp and shattered, the two back-mounted weapons on her right side are sparking and twisted, and her torso has several holes clean through it - but nothing quite disables her, and her spinerettes quickly draw her back up to the ceiling, where she blurs back to her companions, then collapses.
Of course, with eight Escorts, only one of whom is truly disabled anymore, they have more than enough people to carry someone and still be able to fight as they flee towards the gap...
[Underground Labs - Alia]
"Hm... Is it possible for me to simply use the improved armorsuit for now, once it's actually made? I would rather maintain my current appearance, for personal reasons, so it seems that waiting to get augmented until I have money to pay for it would be best."
