Think Nethack
And Q: Given that I very highly doubt that gun is Good & Chaotic aligned, you pretty much just did the equivalent of slapping the (now confirmed) Epic level mage in the room. Expect a response later though, it's gone 1 AM over here.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale Discussion (Part V)
I'm pretty sure Q was supposed to let Igon dodge anyway.

Well, I don't know if you'd consider it a weapon, per se. It turns people into statues, not kills them. It wouldn't hurt you at all, just incapasitate you.
Unless of course the same rules appy, in which I'm totally skrewed.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale Discussion (Part V)
Q, your comics arn't showing.

- He has Regeneration 5; any lost body parts regrow in 15 minutes. Good and Chaotic weapons deal normal damage to him (He has no innate damage reduction).
- When disabled, generally by being at 0 HP, he can make either a full-round action each round or a move action and a standard action.
- When cure spells are used within 100 ft. of him, he can make an opposed Concentration check with the caster to steal some or all of the healing, to his full normal HP.
Yeah, he's certainly a pretty tough guy.
Mind explaining this one? Usually, regeneration and damage reduction is weak against weaponry of opposed alignments. Thus, pit fiends take normal damage against good silver-aligned weapons (silver in DnD is usually used against Lawful opponents).
Now, its already been stated that Lying is Chaotic Good, so...

Re: Avatar Battle Royale Discussion (Part V)
Hmmm... I'm already dead... does that mean I can't die or be harmed?
According to the Reaper class homebrew, I'm not effected by Time, Deseas, poison, physical attacks or attack spells.
And since I'm already dead... I'm confused... Although it doesn't say anything about being trapped in a gun... :smalltongue:

Lying is Neutral Good, but the source of that particular ability is Lawful Evil.
Getting it was not pleasant.
As for the petrifying gun, most if not all flesh-stone effects seem to be based with a Fortitude save to negate it. The most powerful in spells being Flesh to Stone, with a minimum DC 19. Lying's base Fortitude save is +14, so it shouldn't be all that effective, though more effective than giving him a major headache.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale Discussion (Part V)
So in short, Q really muffed up.
-
Re: Avatar Battle Royale Discussion (Part V)
So, will the SCIENCE teleport the entire fort down to the surface? If so, how long will it take? If not, what exactly is supposed to happen?
-
Re: Avatar Battle Royale Discussion (Part V)
Well, assuming their experiment with the Omnigate doesn't tear a whole in the fabric of the multiverse, they should be able to open a portal between it and the surface, allowing 2-way travel through them for about 00:01:42. Give the positioning of the Omnigate, the size of Fort Longcat, and the time, I'd say transport of individuals is far more likely than transport of the entire Fort.
And yes, Q has very much put himself in the way of extreme harm, since he's just opened fire on two of the most powerful entities on Avbaroy.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale Discussion (Part V)
Q, I would say that you should be glad there is a bit of distraction, 'cos once it's gone, you will have two veeeery overpowered individuals on your case. :smalltongue:

Yeah. The heavy, sniper, and engie are all ostracised by the rest of the team.
Also, spot the hidden character.
