Elipses (I assume you mean "...") represent a pause, so they can be used in the middle of a sentence or at the end. Whether or not you capitalise the next letter really depends on whether you put it at the end of the sentance (typically representing someone "trailing off") or not.
EDIT: For KoboldMight, here's Jack-Of-Blades;

Inspired by the PrC I have homebrewed up. See link in the sig.
Human male, dressed in leathers/woodsman chamoflage. Long hair tied back in a 3/4 profile view (turned slightly). Basically I would like a male version of the scout pic from Complete Adventurer OotS Style with a glowing green arrow in the bow and a spectral black hunting hound either behind him or next to him.
Full credit will be given in my sig.
I had a crack at this one tooooo!

I'm interested, Shadowcaller.
Gimme screenies. You really should have given screenies with the original post so we can spring a result upon you without warning so you miss it and make another repost and we can tell you that someone already did your request and make you feel silly, but better late than never.

Re: Request an OotS Style Avatar XV
It seems time to get a new avatar to reflect my current goings-on. So, I'd like a avatar to reflect my Cataclysm of Green project.
Request:
A savage male Jungle Goblin riding a Squolf and wielding a stone spear, wearing only a fur loincloth and a slash made from a vine (w/leaves). He should have a scar over one eye as if scratched by a wolf.
A jungle goblin is like a normal goblin except more savage (more like a small-sized orc) and built to climb trees.
A Squolf is a cross between a worg and a squirrel. Over-sized, muscular torso with a vicious wolf head, wicked curved claws and a bushy tail.
The pose is up to the artist, though the goblin should be riding bareback and riding into war across the trees.
Hopefully someone is up to the task
And yes, I always give credit to my artists. If you have any questions, please ask.

Might anyone OotS-ify(?) the following pic (without the bars of course) for my avatar?

Just to let you know: It might be useful if you'd not only give us the details, but also the big important stuff. Like, what race? What gender? Any skin colour?

A plea to the great artists that inhabit this forum, and the not-so-good ones also;
Avatar, plz.
Hopefully, something bookish in the extreme, and gives off an aura of geekyness +5. Epic Bookishness. Like Sheska from Fullmetal Alchemist, for example. But male.

Re: Request an OotS Style Avatar XV
So, as Gender Bender Week draws to a close, I'm struck with an idea. I've decided to retire my jester avatar and go with a new idea: As some of you know, I'm an opera singer by day (well, really a moocher by day and opera singer by night, but you get the idea). I was thinking I'd have my avatar reflect what I'm working on. To that end, for the end of Gender Bender Week, I'd like to replace princess Turandot here, with Tamino, from The Magic Flute. I really like this costume, worn here by the late Jerry Hadley. I don't want the avatar to look especially like Hadley, though. Just a generic dark haired male will do fine. I'd like, if possible for my avatar to be playing the flute. If there's room, some musical notes in the air around him might be fun, but they're not critical by any means.
Hope that's not too onerous a request.

That sounds awesome and I would love to give it a shot. Be warned I'm not the best artist here, but I picked up Paint.NET and judging by my sketches I think I'll do okay.
What sort of pose would you like him in?

Cute creepy is absolutely fine.
I do apologize. I'm a huge fiend for undead and any number of them would suffice. Though, while I am a fan of artistic license and any number of interpretations of bone claws and entropic reapers, I realize that would be a bit overboard in scope. Not that I'd complain.
As for the undead oozes (which, I think, epitomize the idea of creep), here's a few pieces of source material

Re: Request an OotS Style Avatar XV
Another Cataclysm of Green request:
A halfling in some sort of hide (possibly bird, with the feathers (but not all bright. maybe various shades of maroon)) armor standing in from of his Tych companion. His arms: one on the head of his Tych, who is sitting with his head to one side, like dog would sit if it was taller than its master and had to stand behind him instead of faithfully at his side, and the other arm holding a shortbow made of bright (VERY bright) green wood.
What a Tych is: Thing a worg crossed with a normal dog crossed with a monitor lizard crossed with a gecko. Mostly gecko, but with very canine features. No fur or anything, just scales.
Thanks in advance, anyone, and remember: great artists always deserve great praise. So, in advance, good job (anyone)!

Just standing, facing the viewer, holding the flute to his lips (it's played sideways). I don't know why, but eyes closed sounds good.

Re: Request an OotS Style Avatar XV
I request an avatar.
Details:
A being (perhaps an elf?) with wisps of cloud stained with blood floating around her. I do not care what she is wearing but a cloak would be nice. Brown hair and blue eyes.
Could someone please draw me an avatar thus?
Thankyou!
