Oh man I hope the weapon is aimed at Maltak and all the orcs die.
Dominic will take three months to choose an ending, at which point someone else chooses for him. Then Dominic wins.

My guess is he just finished watching Goldmember and has decided to turn the sanctum into a giant magnet to pull inmidas 22the heart of magic.
As for someone asking why there is a bunch of giant cattleblasters over the double line. All I can think of is its a really crappy attempt at distance perspective, you have the double line, and then an inner line of defenders. The inner line looks bigger because they are closer maybe? Or he has created a force of giant cattleblasters to add to the mix of normal snuggly faced cb's and the meat puppet cb's that are attached to giant snuggle chunks.
This is so Mookie.
He probably stole this from some comic book, since he was talking about comic books yesterday.
What I want to know is how Miranda and Luna suddenly knew about this. There was a dotted line over their heads, and that told them the King's castle now has legs? I guess they "just knew" it, since that's how vital information is always acquired in this comic.
Its only a theory, her posture looks like someone say, holding a curtain out of the way, or even pointing perhaps.
Heh, its a mighty large sanctum mountain monster thing. I would imagine you could see it from anywhere in the city, and probably a good way outside it. But yeah. Another possibility is, they are at the meeting point for the planned counter attack and are just waiting on nimmel and the school kids to get back with an army of eld.
Oh, I was going back through the comics to try and see where they were when I saw the whole heart of a dragon crap. I remember a ton of annoyance over luna apparently firing up the "temporary" effect just to check it out. I dont think she did. I think that was the heart merging with her in this dreamscape or whatever the &^$% the dragon area is. Because her clothes freaking melted, then next panel she is in the house, and her outfit is intact.
Dave never smoked
I mean...
DJ was never a Seer
So, I've been on vacation for 2 weeks, what did I miss?
....
Dragon-Luna? Young people meet some Eld people? The moving castle? Huh.
Sneaky
Future
Not only we jump back and forth between characters who aren't doing anything that depends on one another, now we have a "split strip" between the two.
David's defenses were probably meant to kill anyone who isn't a Callan.
Good thing they are right in the middle of the capital city, not likely to find many targets there.
"Oh no, we ran out of time doing nothing for three years, what should we do?"
...
"Everyone who wants a part of this should get ready"
"I can't see or hear something, except for some stuff I see and hear". But giant hurricanes are quite sneaky. They are the ninjas of weather phenomenons.
Yeah, Luna, I'm sure DJ has set the threats to be all non-Callanians. The only people who have been openly opposing him so far are all Callanians that he at least knows by name, and he could always conveniently live out his racist dreams after getting rid of them, but why bother with a sensible order of operations? (Not being ironic here - after all, this comic really is that stupid.)
Anyway, I wonder whether Mookie has fallen back into his old habit of padding the comic out needlessly to end the week with a cliffhanger or simply ran out of ideas how to resolve any of the current plot threads and is stalling right now.
Wait a minute.
If the Sanctum has a gun that can destroy arbitrarily selected targets, then what is the point of the Heart of Magic?
I thought the plan here was to recover the Heart of Magic -> crush enemies ruthlessly -> give 90% of the land to creature who promises he won't also take the other 10%, which was already kind of a weird plan because of that third step, but hey, looks like we have all the pieces ready already for part number two.
Dave is literally dumber than a bowl of spaghetti.
"The Sanctum has weapons to defend itself against major threats."
Oh, so I guess it's just going to sit there until something attacks it. Or did you mean attack major threats? Sorry, not feeling the tension here.
So, not only is DJ Callan working tirelessly to maintain Callanian magical dominance, it looks like he's also managed to wrest control of a dangerous Magic WMD from a council of Eldritch Abominations. He truly is the hero of this comic.
By the way, why does DJ Callan need the magical WMD? I thought that he was using Rillian's necromancy to weaken the fabric of reality so that the Beast could just eat everything. Are you telling me that Snuggly not only needs the world all mushed-up before he can chew it but also needs his ostensible servant to personally kill everyone in the world first? Man, Snuggly really is worst cosmic horror.
Remember when Miranda was fighting the king, and went for a move that gave him two options: capture her or secure the sanctum?
At this point she already knew it was a weapon of mass destruction, and that the king is evil.
I'm not saying she *should* have sacrificed herself, after all, she was holding the other key item the king needed (Celesto), and didn't know that her moronic son will give himself up so easily.
But I do think that if Mookie wanted to go for the "self sacrifice" angle, he could have used Miranda instead of Dominic. A worthy cause to give herself up, and an actual attempt to do something before surrendering.
This one. It's the only one Deegan enough.
Newspost: this is not the danger you are looking for
Update. No energy left here for sneaky gates?
I'd like to make some snarky comment, but I have no idea what happens. I hope the comic goes back to copying other stuff; then at least I have a frame of reference.
I don't even know what Mookie thinks the point of this is, let alone what the actual point of this is.
Also, he's totally reading this thread.
Obviously that's the case. How else is he supposed to shoehorn Klo Tark into this - "Everyone helps save the world!" arc?
This comic is dumb and confusing. Nothing new there.
