No, because I've never heard of it before, therefore I can't hate what I don't know.

There's this webcomic, see, and a lot of people hate it. I don't know why, 'cause I think it's great, so I champion its cause wherever I go, and...
Ah, what the Hades, just go and check it out for yourself.
Don't mind the crappy artwork at the beginning, it gets better.

You... read it.
You mean you read the entirety of it? Over a thousand strips and a huge amount of plot in under ten minutes?
Man, you're a fast reader.

Right, right. Sorry.

It goes downhill FAST after Two Thief.
And I'll take issue with the "artwork gets better", as well. Sure, it did for the first year or two, but there is NO DIFFERENCE between this year's art and 2005 except for the Orcs' noses.

And as for you...
Firstly, I made that comment purely because I looked at the first strip and saw how bad the artwork was, compared to what it is today.
Secondly, the "Around the World" arc was absolutely excellent, as was Class Action and The Oracle Hunter.

Re: Crack Pairings II - Brain Bleach not Supplied
Three pages since last night? You've been busy haven't you. Also no-one's answered my question yet...
My question, for the THIRD time of asking, would a paladin sleeping with someone then later finding out that someone was married be affected?
-
Re: Crack Pairings II - Brain Bleach not Supplied
Well... I guess a true paladin would make sure the person they want to sleep with is not married before starting to court them. Failure to do that could be considered a breach of their vows. "You didn't ask," doesn't work with paladins. :p

And if they did ask and the person said no?
-
Re: Crack Pairings II - Brain Bleach not Supplied
Since the adultery can hurt someone, which is obviously a big no-no for paladins, I'd say the paladin should seek confirmation from all possible sources that proved reliable to make absolutely sure that they indeed date or sleep with a celibate. If the person they court turns out to be honest and indeed a celibate, they should understand why the paladin checked and that the checking was necessary to be certain no one got hurt by an adultery. If not, the paladin will give them a lesson on faithful marriage or something.
Keep in mind I'm not an expert of paladins, alignments or D&D though. :p

Not unless the paladin worships the goddess of fertility.:smallamused:

I just checked, we're ahead of the Was Roy morally justified in attacking Miko blah de blah de blah thread!
We're both on our second threads, but we're about nine pages ahead!

As long as they made a reasonable effort to find out the truth, I'd say they wouldn't lose their powers - although they would need to seek out a cleric for atonement.

Re: Crack Pairings II - Brain Bleach not Supplied
I'm starting to think my dice is rigged or something because they keep landing on the ABD.
Maybe someone is trying to tell me something?
But who am i to complain?
Because really, dragons are HOT *Flirts with the ABD*
...*Get's chased by dragonslayers*

I give you a challenge: the next time you roll the ABD, you have to write that pairing. However mind melting it is.
Edit: I just rolled Ancient Black Dragon + Roy's sword :smalleek:

Re: Crack Pairings II - Brain Bleach not Supplied
I'd say that if the Paladin did their best to find out the truth, and still didn't know the person was married, and they saw it as a pure relationship rather than an affair... they'd be fine. Well, maybe not fine... but they wouldn't Fall. Its not their fault... Well, at least it wouldn't be if I was the DM.

Hmmm... maybe you can't write a paladin + adultery story then. That's THAT out the window then!
