Hey, where's that girl's arm in the sixth panel? Huh. That's something I didn't notice, I guess.

In the 2nd to last panel of 324, Haley freaks out after the magic mouth says that women who are nursing, pregnant, or might become pregnant should not visit the oracle. Plans with elan perhaps?

I don't get how it's any of Vaarsuvius' wish. The Order having to fight the Linear Guild again is exactly what s/he didn't want, and the only part that even relates to what s/he said, is that there's a gladiatorial arena involved.

...and, if you zoom in a lot, in the second to last as well.

Captain Axe should stop swinging that hand around like there's no tomorrow.

She propperbly died from bleeding, she is not in any later strips. Might be wrong

Re: Things you never noticed II: I never noticed the first thread
Yep. She didn't even notice it and get help because it happened off-panel, and no one remembers what happens off-panel.

In case you're not a native English speaker, "second to last" means "the one before the last one".

In other words, the penultimate.

If you see a native English speaker write "second-to-last," it's a safe bet they mean the penultimate something, and not every something from the second one on.
If you'd prefer to stick with your original belief even if it leads to being wrong, oh well.

Re: Things you never noticed II: I never noticed the first thread
It IS a valid interpretation of the statement though..cool, new thing to annoy my family with. :D
On topic i never notice the similarity between these two comics. Dawwwwwwwwww!
also Tsukiko's quill is blue, no duh she's in Azure City, but she also holds in in the her right hand and her right eye is the blue one

No, no thanks for informing me, i am just saying that it could be understood that way.

Only if the noun were plural and there's a definite article before 'last'.
"In the second to the last panels".
Even then, it's not the best solution - I'd go for, "You can see X in all the panels from the second to the last."
But this is teh Internets, so one has to read with an open mind regarding what was written and what was meant...

Original post. Panel was never mentioned.

All you did was adding more time robber in front.

In #798, panel 2, Thog takes an arrow to the knee. He's still an adventurer though.

And in the second to last panel, the wound is still visible.

In other words, he got a crippling wound that didn't cripple him, because he's a D&D adventurer with ridiculous amounts of hit points.

Or it's the meme.

Re: Things you never noticed II: I never noticed the first thread
When Nale switched place with Elan during the Cliffport battle between the OotS and the LG, he forgot to change over which shoulder the sash was worn.
As such, despite now wearing Elan's clothes, Nale was still wearing a sash over the left shoulder, and Elan was still wearing a sash over the right shoulder, as usual.
It surprised me a little, because Nale made sure to inflict the arrow wound in the right arm of Elan, as Nale himself were hit in the right arm as well.

Re: Things you never noticed II: I never noticed the first thread
Didn't read this eintire thread, way too long so I apologize if this was already pointed out, however what I just noticed is that Kubota inhttp://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0562.html in the first panel is reading the 4th Edition Dungeon Master's Guide and by the looks of the spines in the box he also has the 4e PHB and MM, my only question is what benefit could Kubota have been looking for in an edition they're not using?

You don't need to. This thread is about things you never noticed.

I wonder how useful that axe actually is in everyday situations. Especially on a boat. Maybe if he were Axe the Lumberjack instead of Captain Axe, it would make more sense.
In any event, I doubt he thought the whole axe-arm thing through very far. Sounds like the kind of decision you make while still groggy with blood-loss after losing your arm. He was probably all like, "My name's already Captain Axe, I might as well make it official..."
