Can I just have all the votes nobody else used? :elan:
The sound of bloody conflict continues through the night. Musket fire echoes through the long streets of Paris, and the measured footfalls of the Imperial Guard marching in order can be heard periodically throughout the evening.
Though the sounds of people moving in the streets come near several times, both the Opera House and the Church pass the night unmolested.
Question House, grim and foreboding, stands not far from the heart of the side, a looming ediface of stone and metal designed to weigh upon the conscience of all who regarded it - to remind them of the path that awaited the heretic and the deviant.
Elder Tsofu had opted for the security the structure would provide - the defenses that so carefully kept the dangerous in would surely keep the mob without.
He had not anticipated that the revolutionaries would consider Question House a symbol antithetical to their goals. In his attempts to evade their excessive zeal, he made his way deeper and deeper into the structure. Deep indeed into the bowels he fled, passing ever more exotic and unusual devices tasked with extracting truth and redeeming the wayward. The sights he saw and the harrowing experiences would linger with him for a long time ... but he was alive.
Elder Tsofu escaped besieged Question House with his life, but not his sanity...
There is much dispute in the ranks of the Imperial Guard ... some want to storm the University. Others insist on clearing the streets first. The argument goes back and forth without central command to guide them. In the end, a good long look at the layout of the University leads the Guard to conduct a sweep of the city streets.
Unfortunately for banjo1985 and Fin; the Guard begins their sweep in the streets they were trying to find cover in. They manage to escape their pursuers, but not without injury...
Banjo1985 and Fin were injured escaping from pursuing Imperial Guard.
Despite all of this, nobody of importance dies in the night.
Night 14 is over and Day 15 begins. Remember to vote for a lynch target in red and where you'll be staying the night in blue.
University is probably smart.
Elder Tsofu again.
I will also go with University and Elder Tsofu
I will also go with University and Elder Tsofu.
Hm, kick on the guy driven slightly insane will you?
Penguinator for yesterdays reasons and for picking a fight.
Question House for obvious reasons.
University.
Elder Tsofu.
The Streets, I guess.
Elder Tsofu seems to be the consensus.
Elder Tsofu and The Streets
To be unoriginal, Elder Tsofu. Hiding in my corner of the Opera House.
Elder Tsofu and will decide hiding place later
we must keep the streets safe from madmen like elder tsofu
Elder Tsofu for once again pointing at someone we know to be on Town's side.
And I'm hoping that those crazy University peoples won't burn their own house down...
Elder Tsofu it is, then.
I suppose I'll be sleeping in the streets tonight.
Streethidebuddies!
University worked out so well before
Ramsus for being third on the highly suspicious Elder Tsofu bandwagon
How is it highly suspicious? I'm a Noble. Elder Tsofu keeps trying to kill Nobles. It's pretty straightforward reasoning.
Elder Tsofu and The University for the bandwagons
Elder Tsofu
University
Despite being injured I'll stay out in the Streets
Elder Tsofu had tried so hard to remain uninvolved; to keep himself seperate from all the politics, backdooring and backstabbing of the Paris social scene - commiting himself just the minimal amount neccesary to avoid drawing the ire of L'Emperuer.
Sadly, while this meant he had few enemies, it also meant he had no allies to turn to when the mob came for him.
His end was mercifully short.
Elder Tsofu was lynched. He was not a Vampire
Night phase begins now
Reminder: University members PM the narrators with your choice of where the revolutionaries will strike. Everyone else PM the narrators with your choice of where the Imperial Guard should deploy.
Valid choices for the Revolutionaries:
University
Question House (assaulted once)
The Opera House
The Church
The Imperial Guard may be stationed at any of the same locations or may sweep the streets.
I'm going to be away until Saturday, please don't auto-lynch me.
Scrabbling through the streets of Paris, staying ahead of the revolutionaries and the Imperial guard as they move from place to place is a dangerous business.
Dangerous, but occasionally profitable.
The Grimmace and TinyMushroom both manage to scavenge up useful items.
Banjo1985, on the other hand, can't seem to catch a break. He's roughed up by street thugs, and then, limping toward shelter, he's injured yet again as someone fires a pistol at him.
It seems the revolution brings out the vultures in man - for no sooner is Elder Tsofu's corpse set in the ground, it seems, then tis dug up and defiled.
The revolutionaries set upon the Opera House this night ... calar avoids the noose by the narrowest of margins, slipping out through one of the many hidden passages in the structure.
The Imperial Guard decide that the revolutionaries need to be taught a lesson, and begin bombardment of the University. When the shelling stops, those present attempt to determine who is still alive.
Sadly, Reinholdt is no longer on that list ... and more troubling, his death was not caused by cannonfire, masonry or shrapnel ... but rather that his throat was torn out and the body exsanguinated.
Reinholdt was killed by monsters.
Elder Tsofu has been Destroyed.
The Opera House and University were damaged in the struggles. Night ends.
Day 16 has begun. Lynch votes in red, shelters in blue.
University, again, I guess.
I don't know who's alive, I don't know who's suspicious, and I'm a neutral with a survival goal.
Figure out who the vamps are on your own.
*hides in the University as well*
University for now.
Question House.
