Re: The Index of the Giant's Comments
No worries, Porthos... the conversations don't seem to have gotten too carried away for the most part so hopefully it won't be a big deal to sort through it.

INDEX UPDATED
It should be completely up to date now. I included most of the suggestions, except for a handful that I thought were redundant, inappropriate, or just irrelevant.

Or is it a construct and do you just love saying that? :smalltongue:

Re: The Index of the Giant's Comments
It occurred to me that i don't know which thread these comments are from, and that I would like to read the rest of the thread to get the context in which these comments are made. How do I do that?
EDIT: Thanks guys!

Since ThePhantasm is usually using [POST][/POST] tags, simply clicking on the link will bring it into context for you.

If you view a single post, there's a link to the thread in the upper right corner.

Thanks a lot for this, Phantasm! Those posts are very interesting.

Looks fine to mel I don't remember its being rejected.

Re: The Index of the Giant's Comments
I think I posted it and it was rejected. I remember posting something from the Nale's wand discussion and the ThePhantasm said it was redundant because of the quote about the wand already in the OP.

Actually I think you are referring to a different Giant quote:

I wanted to voice my opinion on this, but couldn't figure out a good way to phrase it, and I think you've managed to do it for me. I wholly agree that that statement seems ambiguous on overall intelligence vs. situational intelligence.

Re: The Index of the Giant's Comments
I think this is probably more suited for the Class and Level Geekery thread anyway. Smacks of triva to me more than anything else.

Agreed. I think it's just a normal statement pointing out once again that the characters aren't omniscient and can make mistakes and forget things. I don't think it needs to be included.

I don't think it's good enough for C&LG, even, since it probably refers to situational intelligence, not Intelligence. It's basically saying "Sabine's opinion was wrong one time."
I don't think it's worth including here.

Yeah, I read the strip like four times and had no idea.

Re: The Index of the Giant's Comments
I thought it might have been a signal, but it could also have been another bit of private gloating about how Malack didn't have a clue what was coming (like "my most hated enemies are about to die while I watch"), and drinking the potion or throwing the staff was the signal.

Re: The Index of the Giant's Comments
Just a useful FYI, you can use this Google query to identify recent posts by The Giant.
You used to be able to go to Rich's profile to find his posts (via this link) but it appears that that search feature has been disabled, probably in order to keep costs down.

No art mistakes here.
(Mr. Burlew is seriously the best. Doubt this "merits" inclusion, but just putting that out there.)

I participated!
And while we're turning this into The Index of Gift Jeraff's Comments: why Durkon vs. Malack was chosen for the 9-day marathon. (Not sure if it merits inclusion, though.)
