I know Wenomir has super-duper-mega-speed from being designed to hunt the beings venerated within the Temple (and I've seen him use similar supernatural tricks whilst in combat with extraplanar individuals), I don't know if Cessie can keep up. I know she's a fire elemental at the moment, but I did not think that it was capable of more than human speeds.
Deadtime now. Goodnight, sleep tight and don't let the Pelesit bite.
hey guys I posted in trog's tavern a SRW plot, does anyone want to join?
I have no idea what SRW means D=
Super Robot Wars, I think. It's all Gundam and stuff.
Its not really your power level but more on piloting skills. The robot ha the power level. SRW is super robot wars however it does not just consist of gundams its split into super robots who have insane defense and real robots with high evasion.
Wait, they would actually get robots of their own? Sweet, I'm in.

SerphIvanXin123 I don't think your move works in hunting ground, the tunnel should have been colapsed as well. You know throwing dynamite into a mine does the same as well.^^
dude Prominence should make a crater! with ashen ground. The plan was if grantz was outed from this Tovpir would be above ground.
What I thought was there was a hole right? I drop in the hole explode with great force since decarabia charged me. that should make a crater from the tunnel. Shouldn't that hurt tovpir?
Well amyway Grantz should be unconscious and heavily wounded. hopefully Amir will help me.
I just wanted to tell yyou that the previouse explosions have caused the tunnels to colapse including the hole so well he just hits the ground
should still create a big crater in the area. How deep was Tovpir anyway? wasn't one of my demons slowing him down?
Well that depends on the explosives. As far as I know from the C4 it won't make such an explosion, taking into account that Murkus mentioned it wouldn't hurt the demon while on the scorpion next to him. Also i'm not knowning how strong the fireball is, but I assume it isn't that strong or Adir would be in real problems.
The problem witht he demon is how should he slow him down? Ok he won't be that fast due to weight and lesser mobility, but the demon can't really act as an anchor. If he drops his grap Tovpir will drag his tail out and leave the demon(who will work as a shield for him then). After all I assume Tovpir a bit under ground and with the explosion the tunnels should be colapsed.
That's just the way I see the situation and I'm open to discuss thing I may have seen wrong.
Ah ok, I just thought of Prominence as a buster bunker. You know those things in worms free warfare? digs down and explodes and makes a crater. Well anyway what I'm hoping for is tovpir brought above ground even if the attack didn't really hurt that much while Grantz in unconscious in the crater and easily seen by Murkus for rescue. thats what I think anyway.
Eh, she'd probably keep up. Wenomir's very fast right now, but not overwhelmingly so.
Also, I've been thinking lately that Wenomir could learn a new fighting style, reasoning he's about as good as he can get with a longsword and the throwing knives are more of an addition. Suggestions?
Hmm... A new fighting style for Wenomir you say?
I'd personally recommend a sort of Mixed Martial Arts-ish program where he brushes up on some hand to hand stuff but primarily focuses on grappling while on the ground (with a Jeet Kune Do (do everything with the greatest amount of efficiency, great amounts of speed, and the smallest possible amount of rigidity) perspective for maximum effect). As I see it, Wenomir is a swordsman armed with sufficient ranged and relatively close up attacks, but if someone were to, say, try to take him down and succeed in doing so, would he be able to counter well enough to regain his sword and his footing? There's also disarming maneuvers to consider. Swords are nice weapons, but if someone steps in so close to a swordsman that he/she could literally dance with him/her, unless the blade is incredibly short and the sword itself is light in weight, the sword becomes practically useless as an offensive tool or a defensive barrier due to arcs and angles and such.
However, I haven't seen many takedowns or much grappling-based combat attempted while I've been in the Nexus, so I can't gauge how handy it'd be. All I know is that holding something in the wings serves one very well in the Nexus and that confiscating someone's arms and legs is much, much harder than seizing a shaft of tempered metal from them.
This suggestion hinges on my thought that Wenomir regularly opts to wear light to no armor, because if you get knocked to the ground in heavy armor, chances are you aren't getting back up or moving around much without assistance from somebody else.

I already posted about Drantz replying to hades In a formal way. what else am I suppsed to do?
Serph posted, C'nor, right under my post. Might have missed it since there's no location tag in his post :p
ah nuts I always forget :smallfurious:
let me remedy that
It is not a big deal if it's right under the post you're replying to, but it makes it easy for people to read over it if they're looking for posts made in their plot.
He could learn how to shoot a gun. :smalltongue:
Or maybe archery? Though maybe that's a little too long term if we're doing this realistically. "To train a good longbow, start with his grandfather", and that sort of thing.
Knife-fighting would be a little easier, though. "First rule of knife-fighting: Don't." :smallwink:
I'd just like to note that this myth is as persistent as it's completely false.
I think he'll stick to melee... and pre-industrial weaponry. :smalltongue:
As for knife-fighting, he already has his throwing knives that he's only used in one fight so far.
I'm thinking maybe he could learn how to fight with a polearm of some sort. They're woefully underrepresented and unappreciated.
If he's not opposed to learning from a devil, Kal knows how to fight with quite a few varieties of spear. I mean, the phalanx formation that most of Morgana's Infernal Guard fight with probably isn't terribly complicated (hold your shield this high! Stab things that are in front of you!) nor terribly useful for a single combatant, but he knows other stuff too. Fun fact, he uses those gauntlet claws of his as a primary weapon mostly as a self-imposed challenge. They're really very impractical to fight with, after all.
I don't really have any other active characters that know any fancy melee combat except for Kal. KR is a gunner. Phoenix is an archer and swordsman. Cylons are all gunners. Jazirian is a gunner that can turn into a giant bloody dragon.
I do have an idea for an Orc character who fights with a staff though. If that interests you then I could introduce him for that purpose. Probably be better even, than if I just shoved him somewhere and hope he lasts.
Hmmm. Well, if I do end up deciding on a polearm or staff, I suppose your orc character would definetly work as a trainer.
