I'd say it's your choice. Since I'm DM'ing this thing, the "final" post should be after everyone's got their reactions in.

I suddenly have this scene in my mind where the Wave Cannon firing marked the turning point of the battle. :smalltongue:
It's almost like one of them movies at this point.
You know...maybe having a medic on board the Cirrus may not be such a bad idea after all.
Mmm, so wave motion gun, possibly some of that rare alien tech that was found by the Cirrus' backers/ The Shadowy Corporation who are just really using the Cirrus and her crew as guinea pigs? :smallwink:
Smells like conspiracy.
Problem: We don't care, so long as we gets to blow up the evils. :smalltongue:
EDIT: An idea that could spark this: The backers act unusually callous when the report that Sandy nearly died using the Wave Motion Gun comes in, causing Gear and potentially other crewponies to get suspicious.
To me it also smells of The Cirrus's personal arching plotline :smallwink:
So, it sounds like it's time for Smoothie go to Old Testament.
Which area needs complete and total annihilation?
Never mind. I forgot Smoothie is a high level wizard who doesn't know the meaning of "Subtle"
Here's my question. Just how many fire moose are left? Because the battle is about to....heat up shall we say.:smallamused:
You know, with the extreme heatwave, and the apparently extreme cold air currents/forces happening at the same time no thanks to wacky antics.....
Bridle Shores' temperature must be nice, considering the extremes are essentially canceling eachother out after some point :smalltongue:
Well, I'm getting ready to kill Lok'ler soon, which will end the North Gate battle.
I just need to do one or two more posts, likely long ones, to get to that point.
Edit: Fire moose left? I'd say a single digit number.
That's just icing the cake right there. :smallwink:
Let's just say that the resulting air currents in town are not conducive to flying right now. Even with Eric exerting influence over the storm, his control is far from absolute.
Orzel, are you waiting for me in the north woods battle or dramatic timing in the town?
@Benson - Fox Trot should be sufficiently far enough from the North Gate right now that he's not inside Lok'ler's cold aura.
Don't think so. My understanding is they can generate immense heat, fire blasts of flame, and ignite combustibles inside their heat aura, but they can't really control flames someone else makes. Most don't even have any sort of fine control over their own flames (certainly not any of the ones left anyway).
Alright. Time for Smoothie to do the metaphorical cleaning up.
The literal cleaning up will be when she's in more of a "Burn Everything to ashes" mood and less of a "Have fun as your soul is ripped out of its body, gets torn apart into a million pieces and then taken to hell" mood.:smalltongue:

Benson: Rainbow is too drunk to notice.
Crisis & Soft Serve: Fire Moose aren't refined fire casters. They have mild resistance at best but are mostly too aggressive to use any of it. Fire Moose and BR if this was Magic. They believe defense is for suckers.
So is Hover drunk too then? :smalltongue: She was in the bridge too last I recall
That got me thinking. If Smoothie could clean house so easily... why didn't she do so earlier? Aside from plot convenience obviously.
Its kinda like why I sent Gwynfillion packing before hoof, things would have just been a curb stomp battle and thus would have ended things much more quickly, purely for plot convenience xD
EDIT: Not that she would have likely had helped without some incentive xD
