Only to one site of his own choosing, outside of that offer are his blog, giantitp and youtube account's passwords.

I'd do this.

The solution is simple, you get all of the above rewards plus a painting whose appreciative value over time will eventually overcome the whole value of the original pledging. Though if blood samples are in, I'll probably pledge 100$ for a DPrime clone.

And for $150, you get to come to where I live to hang out and have fun. For $200 I'll come over to where you live, and much hanging out and fun times will happen.

And for 500$, both of these happen PLUS ice cream. With chocolate pudding.:smallwink:

Considering the price of plane tickets these days 150$ for a flight to Rhode Island is rather cheap. And a flight to where I live probably runs higher than 200$ as well. Hmmm, I might pledge for both, one for a ticket to Rhode Island and the other one as a return ticket. As a bonus I get to spent time with DPrime.

Starts considering creating this kickstarter if only to see how much can be gotten and then spending it all in Kindle buoyant covers and sending them en masse to him.

But it already costs me over 100 bucks to go see you, why would you make it MORE expensive for me to see you?
... that's not including hte price of getting BACK from seeing you. :smallsigh:

Hey, I need no monetary incentive to get ice cream and chocolate pudding.

Ah, but without money perhaps I would not reveal exactly where I live. Granted, it's not that difficult to figure out. If you've been paying close attention, or know where to look on the internet, you can actually find my full name and hometown. Still, I try to remain secretive. We all know that everyone who wants to meet you on the internet really is just trying to trick you and seduce you.
edit: All joking aside, if any of you did actually pass through my region, I would at least offer a meal at some local place. Anna's Taqueria has nothing but the finest burritos.

Because my handle and I are one. :smalltongue:
Also that idea of everyone on the internet who wants to meet you wants to seduce makes the idea of the meetups a lot more creepy. It also makes the fact that I'm friends with Sheep on Facebook a lot more creepy.
Actually, I think I'm now comfortable joining the GITP FB chat. Anyone have a link to that?

Also, no mention of Turpin chopping massive amounts while giving blessings to the fallen ones around him? The archbishop manages to outlive the count WHILE hacking and blessing.
The book is overall epic, considering the Charlemagne ex Machina that occurs in the next battle, and the recounting of the deaths, name by name of each fallen count of the vanguard and well, Turpin.
I know! I think Archbishop TUrpin is my favourite character, he's just riding around killing pagans, blessing them in a religion they don't believe in - just to rub it in their face that they got killed by a priest.
And then when ROland and Oliver are having a lover's quarrel he rides up to them and gives them a metaphorical bitchslap!
Now.
Ahem.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
So worried! This exam has a commentary passage in a language which I've studied comparatively little, but that's okay, it's a commentary, everything's there! And then I have two essays and I don't know enough to answer at least one of them!
One hour to go and it's back to frantic reading of summaries and random quote mining! (Totally not random)
And I've got these little two or three word quotations floating through my head!

Ah, it is a shame that the mace thing is only a myth. I think I'd look rather dashing with one, particularly if it was the flanged kind. Many of my problems would be solved through effective mace action. For example, fifty pages of dry reading to do for tomorrow's class. The solution? HIT THE BOOK WITH A MACE!!!!!!!! :smallfurious:

Re: Elemental's Excitingly Excellent Random Banter: No.CLXXVII
I will avoid a sarcastic comment and obvious television show reference concerning hitting books.
Instead, I'm off to band rehearsal.
Have fun!

Managed a 48% Turnitin Similarity Index, no that can't be right; further investigation reveals 63 multiple sources with similarity indices of <1% to 3%. Turnitin, you damn troll.
And filthy troll.

ROFLCOPTER.
I... never actually used Turnitin to check any of my assignments, though it was available to me.
I do know someone who used their mother's account (who's a lecturer) on one of these things. After she found out that it was ok, she submitted it and the university came back with a 100% plagarised result...
Luckily for her, 100% is so impossible (right down to the by-line), she was able to get it sorted.
