There isn't. I was just commenting.

Read the strip. Seriously.
It's over here.
Hmm, will have to do when I'm not on my break.

The weekend is here! I will probably have to play Minecraft. Ugh. I broke down and got an account so I can play with my oldest. One plus is that his 5 yr old brother has become obsessed with playing, and they spent hours last weekend playing together. It was very cute.
One BIG minus: Our 5 yr old is now obsessed with Minecraft and this has led to some pretty impressive tantrums when we haven't let him play all week because of well...he's 5 and doesn't need to spend hours and hours and hours on a video game.
That can wait until he's at least 10. :smallsigh:

Also, the Hell, Firefox.
No, because such an individual would shortly perish, leading to a policy not to accept non-supers as no one will offer liability insurance to them anymore.
I can do you one better. I'm in the hinterlands of America and on IE. :smalltongue:

This thing, in a library, is actually correcting my minor typos for me. Which is slightly disconcerting. Firefox's spellcheck is always interesting, but on most of my computers I've used it on I've usually trained it in short order.

That almost happened (multiple times,) so Batman The Revenant* was secretly hired as his tutor. Yes, really.

They already had that; they just couldn't enforce it because they were scared of his parents. Said parents just assumed he would get powers eventually, and then forgot about him after adopting his super-powered clone. Except, he was already enrolled, so...
*This is a relatively minor detail, but The Revenant has dozens of alternate identities.

I've never had any troubles with Firefox's spell-checker (and "thingidoodles" isn't the first word I'd expect in a dictionary, even though it's search for alternative spellings might've been a little aggressive). Given, I usually keep my spell-checker off, because squiggly red lines annoy me more than typos do, and they always appear whenever I start talking about anything Swedish...
If you want a horrible spell-checker, however, try Google's. It's terrible on so many levels it'd take me the whole night to mention them all, but it definitely fails horribly at Swedish. Very horribly.

The Steampunk Festival has started, and I've had to retreive it all from where I had it safely stowed away deep in my long term memory. Started pretty okay, though. And my costume takes minutes to take off, so that's all in order... http://i.imgur.com/ZRHtTJs.png

It's not that it doesn't recognize thingidoodles, it's that it wants it to be bloodletting instead.

To be fair, both words contain the substring "oodle". And "ing" So it kind of somewhat makes sense. Maybe.
ION: Greetings from Houston, TX. Or shall I say, howdy y'all. I'm mostly registered for classes now, except that due to issues with getting AP credit I cannot enroll in Intro to Comp Sci II just yet. Now I get to have fun resolving that issue. Fun.

Eh, it's the humidity more than the heat. Make sure you drink a lot of soda water and spend most of your time in air-conditioned areas when you can.
Oh, and don't put on anything with long sleeves. Or long pants. It helps.

Things that fascinate me:
* People who think "You remind me of my daughter" is a good pick-up line
* The man on another forum who thought he could win a fight with the mods

Oh, you can win a fight with the mods just like you can with any other human being. You just can't do so without getting the Banhammer for fighting with the mods. :smallwink::smalltongue:

I don't feel comfortable discussing it. He could read it and take offence, and he's not a bad guy, just that his judgment was off this time.

Perhaps, but the "oodle" and "ing" parts are in fairly different parts of the word.

You're right. Morality does precede juicy stories, after all.
Anyway, what's new?

I don't know why I even considered the possibility that you might have put a cat in a blender. Why did I feel the need to clarify that?!:smalleek:

Admittedly, with this cat, it would have been a possibility with an unattended blender that he would have attempted to stick parts of himself in it. Probably not while it was on, but still...pouncy's got more curiosity than sense.

Purr kitty purr purr purr. WarKitty, make sure thy silly kitty cat does not attack thy newly purchased blendywendy. It'd be a tragedy from many perspectives.
WarKitty, what does your cat look like? A sweet ball of fur, or a sleek villain ready to act?

Pouncy's not really mine, he's my roommate's. He's a little ball of mischief that thinks he's a tiger but is too cute to be fierce.
